Dr. Boyce Watkins: Herman Cain Has Become The Perfect Racist

The ironies bleed out of the latest rant from Black Progressive-Fundamentalist professor Dr Boyce Watkins.   The biggest irony is that he gets several hearty "Amen's" from his bigoted fellow travelers in response to his article.

Watson mentions the oft heard statement "Blacks can't be racists" prior to permanently affixing the label upon Cain.  What he fails to mention is the second stanza of this chorus - "BECAUSE Blacks don't have the POWER to be racists".

Had Watkins used the entire passage then his hit job on Cain would have to take an unwanted turn.  He would be forced to explain the power that a Black man who has never held elective office has the POWER to be a RACIST.

I Have Learned That The Best Rebuttal To A Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive-Fundamentalist Racism Chaser and Bigot Is To Keep Him Focused WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY

The bulk of Dr Watkins' arguments against Cain only stand in the context of the "American Political Domain" where White Conservatives battle White Progressives.  Indeed both the wolf and the fox are smiling as Herman Cain earns the #1 subject within "Black Progressive Political Discourse" at a time of 16.0% unemployment within our ranks.

Dr Watkins' argument falls apart once some of us "scrutinzing Negroes" begin to note that he has more passion for investigating the "racism" of a Black man who has never held elective office and who CAN'T GET any significant amount of investments of Equal Black Ballots.

Again a transparent analysis put forth by Dr Watkins would force him to take a keen look at those who CAN GET BLACK PEOPLE TO MAKE INVESTMENTS into their electoral success.

This is the proper way to rebut everything that Dr Watkins and other like-minded ideological bigots who count on the fact that his crowd won't look within the community to see the contradictions.

Ironically the weakest position for Dr Watkins and similar minded Black Progressive-Fundamentalists is when they are forced to account for how despite their rise in POWER WITHIN the INSTITUTIONS WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY, having achieved this power by fusing the Black Community Development Consciousness with their Progressive-Democratic Party electioneering - the Black Community's ability to develop its people VIA THESE INSTITUTIONS that they now control is anemic at best.

I can't say that I blame these embedded confidence men.   In as much as the Black rank & file has largely failed to erect a system which defends the Black community's permanent interests from molestation "without" and "within" those who operate within this void are merely doing what the congregation of Black people have allowed them to do.  Mostly in the name of "Congregational Complicity".

The end result of this dysfunction is that progressivism is able to achieve more power by attrition and then continue to blame outside forces for the continuing failure within the key human resource development institutions - DESPITE the growing control by the Progressive-Fundamentalists.

I won't bother to do a "blow by blow" rebuttal of Dr Watkins arguments against Herman Cain.  This would lend a measure of credibility to them.

Instead I will choose to focus on the key point that is at the root of BLACK POLITICAL DISCOURSE:  THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE CONDITION OF BLACK AMERICANS WITHIN THE BLACK COMMUNITY.

Quality Education - The Primary Means Of Developing Human Resources And Creating Economic Equality	Herman Cain Has Never Held An Elective Or Appointed Position Over ANY Black Majority Public School System - Affirming That Black Progressives Reject His Ideology	The failed majority Black school systems of: Philadelphia Chicago Newark Washington DC Atlanta Baltimore Newark Cleveland Kansas City Memphis (Others) All are run by a network of individuals who have the blessings of the Black Progressive-Fundamentalists. Despite the fact that these failed school systems alone represent more than 2,000,000 Black Children those who CLAIM to be defending the interests of the Black Community are strangely silent in their criticism of their ideological soul mates who CAN get elected WITHIN the Black community and ARE in the positions of power that used to be protested against in the past when the same failed outcomes were had in these systems but there was a non-Progressive leader in the same seat of power that the protests marches walk past on their way to find an offending target. During his "Race Speech" then Senator Obama warned America about the perils that would be produced IF Black people were left alone, all by ourselves in failing  public schools.  It seems that this direct shot at the capability of Black people to govern ourselves and choose the priority of EDUCATIONAL EXCELLENCE over more nefarious options was not seen as a statement of BLACK INFERIORITY coming from the lips of Barack Obama to the rest of America.
Safe Streets - The Conditions That Are Necessary For Our People To Live In Peace, Gathering Together On The Streets To Strengthen Our Community Fabric	Herman Cain has never held a position of power in the Public Safety Realm in which he was charged with keeping Black people safe from assault of Street Pirates or "The Tea Party Militia" which many Black Progressives who watch MSNBC believe is the greatest threat to their personal safety	From the heart of Metro Atlanta - a violent area - we can witness the skewed priorities of those who CAN get elected into power to govern the interests of the Black Community and the far larger array of Civil Rights Pharisees who's ideological bigotry has them instinctively drawn to marginal issues that are soothing to their IDEOLOGY but which, when applied to the forced discipline of the "Proportionality Filter" falls out of consideration as a primary THREAT to the safety of the Black Community. As I visited 2 MURDER SCENES within the City of Atlanta in which 2 Black males were killed and one was shot there was evidence that the police had been there - per the "Police Crime Scene Tape".  I saw no evidence that the "Civil Rights Pharisees" who claim to be committed to the protection of the Black community - had come to the scene.  The makeshift memorials at the two murder scenes where provided by the local Black residents who are sick and tired of the threats and the bloodshed in their community. The Civil Rights Pharisees, who have the favor of Dr Watkins are off at the Georgia State Capital - seeking to get a ban on "State Executions". With Executions they don't have to worry about stepping on the toes of their conservative enemies who support the policy.  When it comes to Street Pirate Executions that are plentiful around metro Atlanta - the Civil Rights Pharisees understand that upon further investigation of the CONSCIOUSNESS that was allowed to foment in these Young Black Males that prove to be the biggest security threat of their own communities - would point back to the FAILURES of these very same Civil Rights Pharisees who departed from their positions as guardians of the community's interests in order to have a protest march downtown at the state capitol building. While Herman Cain has been attacked for "Sitting Out The Civil Rights Movement" - the Civil Rights Pharisees are heard on the radio recruiting Morehouse students to join in with their protests against the Death Penalty - all the while their school is about a mile's walk away from the most DEADLY CORNER FOR BLACK PEOPLE IN ATLANTA - "Rev Joseph E Lowery Bvld at Rev Joseph E Boone Blvd") If the key to reforming the "Racist South" which produced "Strange Fruit" was to confine the culture of death - then today's most proficient killer of Black people should similarly be confined - along with the people who complicitly defend this consciousness.
Thriving Local Economies - Where strong communities are funded as a market place where individuals trade their skills to those who seek to procure goods and services	While Herman Cain had been affiliated with a regional Federal Reserve Bank he has never held an Economic Policy Development role that represents the Black Community	In the wake of 16.0% Black Unemployment coming after more than 45 years of INVESTMENTS of "Equal Black Ballots" into the promises that the Black Community would be made prosperous as we promote our people into power over institutions to promote "Progressive Public Policy" - Herman Cain as the #1 top on Black Wing-Talk Radio appears to be a needed diversion for people who don't otherwise wish to inspect their own ideological foundations as part of the problem that we suffer as a community. The track record of Progressive-Fundamentalist economics are clear. Detroit Flint Benton Harbor Gary East St Louis Cleveland Akron Milwaukee Rochester Buffalo  Chicago Newark Camden  Philadelphia Baltimore Birmingham ALL represent "Mission Accomplished Cities" in which the rise of Progressive Control corresponded with the collapse of the economic interests of Black people. The present "Occupation" marches are the rational outcome for a group of Progressive-Fundamentalists who remain intent on retaining their ideological entrenchment as they continue their indictments upon EXTERNAL forces as the cause of their continued economic maliase. Though many Black Progressives are not forthcoming on their sentiments - the recent US Census proves to be a valuable tool to measure their views.  They voted against Progressivism as shown in their migration out of these Mission Accomplished zones. Without intention to accept the consequences of their failed economic development policies - they seek to save face as they allege that "Minority Representation" is at risk in the resulting redistricting battles.  In truth they were unable to provide for the economic sustenance for their supporters and thus they left, moving to places in the suburbs and the South in which more opportunity existed.
Healthy Relationships and Lifestyle Outcomes - The Best "People First" policy there is	Herman Cain has no influence over any Black people other than those of his wife, children and grand children.   His views are largely rejected by the larger Black Progressive population who are now promoting "Rights" over tried and trusted social and cultural norms that are enforced	Health Care: In as much as they identify the need for access to quality health care - their take over of the academic institutions in Black America has not produced an increase in the percentage of Black Physicians as our children matriculated through the academic system, returning home to provide such needed professional services. Their view on "health care justice" is by having the government make health care as a right and providing the funding.  This is to compensate for the misalignment between the identified NEED for care and services versus the ability to DEPLOY our Equal Human Resources to the task of addressing our communities needs. Their entire set of theories could not be pruned and grafted upon any other set of Black people in the diaspora for their uplift.  This is because the INORGANIC state of their agenda can only exist within the context of a nation that has organized resources to be redistributed.  It is not about DEVELOPING our people only SERVICING  them as CONSUMERS with RIGHTS.

The great irony is that ONE BLACK MAN is triggering more scrutiny than the entire array of "Favorable People In Power" that actually have influence within the institutions of Black America appear to avoid at the hands of the "Neo-All White Jury" of Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive-Fundamentalist Racism Chasers.

In their bigotry they show that the advancement if their own ideology is more important than the advancement of the Black Community as proven by objective measure.

The reason why the Black Community does not have a governing architecture which protects our "Racial Consciousness Core" from molestation by the Embedded Confidence Men is because of the influence of these same confidence men via the notion that they have the primary interests of advancing our people.  No amount of evidence to the contrary will convince some people of their real agenda.
