Quality Education:  AJC Investigation Finds That Atlanta Public Schools Created A Grade "10 1/2" In Order To Move Special Needs 11th Graders Out Of The Testing Pool On Standardized Tests AJC: Attendance records falsified, low-performing students weeded out	Typically when we hear about the "railroading" of Black students it is mentioned in the context of Black male students being sent to the "Special Education" track Black students receiving suspension while White students "other students" receive after-school detention I have noted previously that these claims are often made as "amorphous indictments", meant to provoke the listener to believe that there is some racist systematic force that is calling the shots.  If they can impede the path forward for Black people at an early age then there ultimately will be fewer Blacks vying for coveted positions in higher education or in the skilled work force.  When this argument is made I point out that this indictment comes at a time when public schools are experiencing "de facto" segregation.  In short these indictments are made against school administrators in schools and systems that are of increasing Black administrative control. I have also noted that the goal of "Political Indictment" is often behind the story "getting legs".   When Rod Paige was indicted for the "Houston Miracle" it was because he was associated with the Bush Administration as Secretary Of Education.  The Black-wing talk shows talked incessantly about the antics discovered in the School District Of Houston where attendance records were altered and funny math was used to engineer a graduation rate far better than what was the truth. Rest assure - there will not be an "Atlanta Miracle" crafted after this expose' that appears in today's Sunday Atlanta Journal Constitution.   More importantly this story does not meet the narrative necessary for Black-Wing Talk Radio to charge that the "Southern Association of Colleges and Schools" (SACS the accrediting agency) or the Georgia Republicans are conspiring to take the Atlanta Public Schools out of the hands of the Black people that run it. This latest scandal that is exposed in the AJC is organic in nature.    A "10 1/2 grade" was created in order to remove students in public schools with mild learning disabilities from the pools of test takers in the 11th grade with the fear that their performance would drag down the rest of the school. THIS IS NOT A POST JUSTIFYING NCLB. How ironic though that NCLB was structured to judge a school by the performance of ALL of its students, removing the tendency to tuck the "least of these" students off to the side.   A school that had a number of high performing students but which failed to bring along their "Special Education tracked kids" up to a certain standard was deemed as a failing school in total. It is ironic that while NCLB received a daily pounding on "Black Wing Talk Radio" as a scheme to privatize public schools after they were made to fail...............when the Atlanta Cheating Scandal took place after Black Wing Talk Radio got over their initial shock - slowly but surely they developed the necessary talking points to convince themselves that it all was a scheme to topple "Black Power" from the schools. They put forth a "Justice Thurgood Marshal Justice" scheme where the JUDGES of the Atlanta Public Schools' accreditation were themselves put on trial and found GUILTY of underhandedness.  This provided enough self generated self-assurance that despite the schools having registered questionable results - the results were acceptable in the context of the conspiracy to destroy Black leadership. The functional result of this "externally yoked" / "racially defensive posture" produces the same results within the "Atlanta Public Schools" as it does within any "Mission Accomplished Zone": Though the results produced after the institutional take over are far below the NEEDS of the Black Community to experience organic uplift, the successful hijacking of the "Black Community Development Consciousness" into the "American Political Domain" where we are engaged as athletes in the struggle against the "White Conservative Wolf - Racist" allows Black people of good will to agree to put the needed housecleaning of the leadership into forbearance as they the congregation forces upon defending against the clear and present danger from the EXTERNAL threat that the Embedded Confidence Men have prioritized in front of our 5 senses. As a result - they are allowed to continue on in their leadership position.  The congregation is heard THANKING them for protecting the community against the racist assault against Black school children.   They all unite for a march on the state capitol for "Quality Education".  They won't rest unit "the Wolf" provides them with this level of quality that will allow Black people to become fully equal.     :'(
Safe Streets: Local News Follows The Saga Of A Black Woman Arrested And Detained By The Atlanta Police For 53 Days For No Other Reason Than Her First Name "Theresa" Was The Same As The Intended Target. Despite Her Showing "Government ID" The Atlanta City Government Kept Her In Jail	Take the very same scenario of a Black woman who gets incarcerated for 53 days with clear proof of mistaken identity and apply it to a Criminal Justice System in which the local "Civil Rights Pharisees" are at odds with (ex: Douglas County GA, Cobb County GA or Forsyth County GA) and you had better believe that the public outrage would be very different. As this video is played on the Monday morning "Concerned Black Clergy" meeting - they'd be plotting out the "Racist Org Chart" of the particular county and then looking on Google Images to find his image to post on their protest placards. However, since the head of the Georgia NAACP has an inside track to the man who "the buck stops here" within the City Of Atlanta, neither of the "Ms Theresa's " should expect to see a wildcat protest outside of the Atlanta City Jail nor the Atlanta City Hall. The NAACP Is Not Going To Injure Its Relationships Built With Favorable People In Power By Advocating For The Rights Of One Person.  Ms Theresa Had Better Lose The License That She Showed To Mayor Reed's Police Officers  Prior To Them Arresting Her And Then Try To Register And Vote In The State Of Georgia  IF She Wants The NAACP To Defiantly Support Her As A Single Individual Who's RIGHTS Were Violated By The Government.   They'll Have Plenty Use For Her Then As She Is Used To Indict Their Enemies.  One Person Doesn't Matter When There Is An Indictment To Be Made.  The Proportionality Filter Is Only Applied When There Is A Permanent Friend To Protect As Certain Actions Are Deemed "Just Not Worth The Costs".   Greater than the compelling force that said "Things are going to be different once WE get into these seats of power that have done us wrong for so long" is that force that produces the complicit silence that shows up as the unwillingness to protest against these same seats of power now that a "Favorable Person" who the Black Racial Services Machine helped put into power.   With the "disrespect" of a protest held against a sitting authority - it would be mighty difficult to arrange the seating chart at the next "NAACP Fundraising Banquet" as feuding factions are made to sit at the same banquet table. The consequence upon Ms Theresa is "It Sux Being You With A Favorable Criminal Justice Machine In Place. "   Accidents do happen you know.
