88% Of The People In The Fulton County GA Jail Are Black Males
When some of you hear these stats you are given to say: "The New Jim Crow Is As Powerful As Ever".
When I hear these stats I then go back to my steady observations of the "Black Racial Services Machine" and how their main goal is "Congregational Unity" among Black people as we are compelled to chase windmills and fight the constant struggle.
The unintended residue of the mis-directed struggle is that the "Pillars Of Our Community" are allowed to fester into "Street Pirates" as the people who GOD put around them to guide them have instead abandoned their sentry stations WITHIN the Black Community in order to engage into the triple over-time of the "Malcolm X Political Football Game".
This is where the Black Leadership WINS at what they have set the "Rank & File" to focus our "Community Development Consciousness" upon but the BLACK COMMUNITY LOSES.
"Brainwashing" is not the proper name for this issue.
It is more a matter of HIJACKED CONSCIOUSNESS.

Even as "Fight The Power" rounds of citizens to join with the Sheriff to attend his "Community Outreach Day" few people will take a step back and apply the PROPORTIONALITY FILTER.
This allows us to distinguish between "GOOD WORKS" from that which is COMPREHENSIVE ENOUGH to turn the tide and do so more PERMANENTLY.
Only Change and Purposefulness at the CULTURAL LEVEL will achieve the necessary "Directed Outcomes". Today far too much of the Black Community's conscious attention is focused on the "Malcolm X Political Football Game" and WHITE FOLKS for the necessary change to take place.

- THE SOUTHERN STRATEGY
If MY PEOPLE can't see that these Embedded Confidence Men are not going to accept Institutional Regulation any more than do the "Inside Traders On Wall Street" then we must accept that when given the choice the Black Rank & File chose to walk forth in this confidence scheme while failing to ASK FOR EARNEST MONEY.
They must accept their complicity in the outcomes.

The reason that 88% of people in Fulton County Jails are black males is because Fulton County is rife with black criminals. Atlanta is going the way of Detroit.

Despite being CIVIL RIGHTS CENTRAL (all arrayed on stage on Sunday Night in support of Rev Joseph Lowery) this same force has FAILED MISERABLY to develop the would be PILLARS OF THE COMMUNITY into a functional form.
Instead as they go chasing after windmills of BANNING THE DEATH PENALTY - this blatant attempt to PROMOTE BLACK UNITY for the sake of UNITY - cannot mask the painful truth that these people in their present BIGOTRY are incompetent at governing the people in the Black community by regulating our CULTURE.
I ultimately blame the Black Rank & File for choosing to go along with it.
