TRANSPARENCY ALERT!!

I am going to redouble my efforts to show that the forces of influence WITHIN the Black Community have no other means of achieving their desired state of UNITY but to retain control over the Black Community Consciousness by keeping us in a perpetual STRUGGLE.  It is this "Struggle Motion" that keeps us united against an external threat.

What is effective at tapping into certain group behaviors that are intrinsic in all "equal human beings" should not be mistaken for that which is EFFECTIVE at delivering upon the permanent interests of these same people.  Their interests are:

• Safe Streets
• Quality Education
• Thriving Local Economies
• Healthy Lifestyles & Relationship Outcomes

As the Black Rank & File is compelled by various "Embedded Confidence Men" - some of them wearing a clergy collar - to focus on the list of priorities that are POPULAR with many Blacks but which ultimately don't address the list of real problems suffered by the "unified masses".

Did they CAUSE the Street Pirate murderer below to kill this woman?  NO.

They merely perpetuate the conditions within which the CONSCIOUSNESS that was fostered in this man which caused him to think to carjack and this shoot this woman.

This and other Street Pirates should be understood as the residue from that oft heard claim "It is better that ten guilty men go free so that one innocent man is not unjustly incarcerated".

Since the abstract intellectuals "self-applaud" their moral certainty that is pronounced by this policy - they should also be made to find an actual solution to the "10 guilty men" that they let free.  Until then the Black Community will suffer a disproportionate impact of this theory seen it appears to be an essential part of the "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice" theory that goes unchallenged WITHIN the Black community.

I did not say Black people DESERVED this.  

I am saying that the Black Community allows this consciousness to fester as it follows along with people who ultimately take control over our "human resource development" institutions yet fail to deliver as promised.  Knowing how the present prevailing consciousness in our community is - they merely need to tell the suffering people to "Stop Complaining and help FIGHT the enemy".  Though the enemy has left our community - he knows that the masses hate him more than they love themselves as shown by the level of enforcement of our INSTITUTIONAL INTEGRITY.  

When you understand that I concentrate my focus upon Metro-Atlanta but that many other "Mission Accomplished Zone" have the very same problems that result in our people needless suffering due to incompetent governance of our communities  - your understanding of the consequences of the USURPATION of your "Community Uplift Consciousness" should be heartened that much more.
