The South Continues To Rake Up Investments In Auto/Industrial Manufacturers

Porsche plants to build a $100 Million Headquarters complex near the Atlanta Airport in Georgia.

Porsche to build $100 million HQ near Atlanta airport

A model of the test track that drivers who are interested in purchasing a Porsche sports car or SUV can make use of to "open the throttle up" before they purchase.

This land had been used to manufacture the Ford Taurus prior to it being closed as Ford Motor Corporation consolidated its manufacturing operations during a rough patch on their balance sheet.

This is good news for the Southeast and solidifies it as a worthy location for auto manufacturers and other entities seeking to take advantage of the distinctive points that the South has to offer.   Since Porsche is a foreign owned company - the location next to the "world's busiest airport" makes logical sense as the world is reachable from the airport which is right next door.
