Once you come to the understanding that EVEN TODAY the notion of "JUSTICE" is merely a matter of ideological and political gamesmanship - the antics of those who claim to hold the "Sword of Damocles" can be better understood. Once this point of understanding is arrived at we can see that this "sword bearer" - without any trace of moral ill-repute - is capable of cutting your head off and not turning himself in after having rendered a "Civil Rights Violation".

This Is A Call Out Of The Fraudulence Of The Progressive-Fundamentalists

I stated previously that if some people had been alive and conscious back in 1964 in Philadelphia Mississippi, if it had advanced their ideology at the time they would have prioritized in their line of argument that:

"Chaney, Goodman and Schwerner were not buried in an 'Earthen Dam'.  The place where their bodies were hidden was 20 feet back from the lake's edge and thus their grave had no 'water retention properties' thus the tale of the "Earthen Grave" is a LIE - just like the 'liars' who are telling it!!!"

We have reached (or some would say maintained) a record level of IDEOLOGICAL FRAUD and CORRUPTION  among those who dress themselves up in the cloak of righteousness - only to hide their own bedsores that are oosing with puss and gangrene.

If you ever wondered how the prevailing "White society" could show its disconnection from the "Lynching Activity" suffered upon Black people - BECAUSE they desired to retain their alignment of POWER in the corrupt system that they maintained per their blindness - LOOK AT TO-DAMNED-DAY for a reference!!!

There was no massive genetic mutation that took place among all people between 1950 and 2011.  The very same IGNORANCE that was present then has jumped across the "Generational Synapse" and is alive and thriving today.   Only the literary sculptor known as "The Historian" is able to clean up the tales that you have read about in your history books - making "good guys" and "bad guys" for ease of reading.

Today - Arizona is "Put On Trial" as a cesspool of hatred and racism.   It seems that the cloud of pestilence that once hovered over the "Deep South" has now shifted westward, this due to the effects of "Global Warming" - I guess.

In a strange twist of fate - those who beheaded this "marijuana thief" will not be lumped into the evidence that "Arizona is a land where the lives of Mexicans are threatened".    That they must tread carefully and watch their back where ever they go.

It seems like those who can be heard saying "Stop Police Brutality!!!!"  after watching a week's worth of news of urban street pirate killings where they live are similarly predisposed to see only the GOVERNMENT action as the supreme threat.   In this case the person who rendered the lopping off of the head as just punishment was INFERIOR in that he did not operate under the guise of GOVERNMENT AUTHORITY.

A Juxtaposition Of History Or Proof That "Back In The Day" Never Left Us?

In a recent NPR audio report that I listened to while at the gym entitled "The Supreme Court's Failure To Protect Civil Rights" the author argues that the BIGOTS of the past had extended the practice of "systematic racism" by claiming that the US Constitution and The Bill Of Rights only applied to the actions of the FEDERAL government (and then later the government).  Thus when individuals assaulted Blacks as INDIVIDUALS and not under the guise of governments, corporations or clubs - the rules, such as the 14th Amendment did not apply.

Per our understanding of these events from our consciousness of today - this seems like bigoted people had purposely put forth this fraudulent understanding of the law so that their bigotry could be unabridged.

I maintain that this very same functional outcome is still among us - as people who are relatively silent when a civilian cuts the jugular vein of another person - are drawn to a state of outrage if and when this same person were to spend 13 weeks at the police training academy and then execute the very same assault - but this time under the authority as a government agent.
