When The Confederate Sympathizers Lurk Inside Of The Fort - Tactics Must Change In Defense Of The Black Community

The truth of the matter is that the Black Community continues to use the same framework that was constructed during the "Civil Rights Movement" in order to address our present set of problems.  In fact, per our present consciousness, there is value to the person who convinces the "congregation" to complicity agree to blame the external forces of RACISM are behind the most prevailing problems that our community faces.

In my assessment these tactics are totally ineffective at addressing the circumstances that indicate that "The Confederate-Sympathizers Are WITHIN The Black Community".   The community response is neutralized due to the two competing forces that attempt to occupy the same space:

• The Pursuit Of Justice And Protection For The Innocent Black People Who Are Victims Of Crime and/or The Cloud Of Fear Of Crime That Previous Crimes Has Engendered Within Them
• The Pursuit of Justice And Protection Of Black Criminal Suspects In The Execution Of "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice" - where the "criminal defendant" is made a VICTIM of the system and the SYSTEM is put on trial for racial and the conspiracy to lock up Black boys - thus destroying the Black family

The reason why this entire scheme fails is because those who seek "Ideological Unity" among our people are loathed to consider the competency of the system that they have erected in its ability to have little Black boys and girls matriculate through the "rites of passage" that their system enforces upon them, having them sculpted into "Pillars of the Community" - UPHOLDING the desired living standard that we seek/ telling them the PART THAT THEY PLAY/ setting up BOUNDARIES to this effect.   Instead what we suffer from today is the "breached levees" which allowed the fluid that was to pass through the straight and narrow is now allowed to spread all over the board, haphazardly - in the name of "doing their own thing" per the personal freedoms from a "oppressive cultural dogma" that have been won for them.

The history of OUTSOURCING our fundamental obligation to inculcate our young people in lines with the NEEDS of our community uplift - is now catching up to us.   The "unity" in the fight of systematic racism is no longer able to translate into community cohesion.   Some people mistake the continuing PRESENCE of racism with the absence of PUNITIVE MEASURES in the enforcement of the law IF these sentiments are "operationalized", thus injuring Black people.   Those who receive their POWER off of the "Racism Chase" are not going to self-initiate a course correction as they note the diminishing returns.   Instead they will use the power of "social networking" to allow their distributed agents to propagate the slightest offense waged upon Black people - to the the national stage.

The Racist Snowman In Idaho Has Melted.   The Water From Which It Was Composed Of Has Evaporated, Floated Up To The Clouds And Now Sits Atop The Mountain As Snow, Unmolested By The Hands Of The Racist Sculptor

IF the Black community fails to systematically repudiate the "Highjackers of our Community Consciousness" then we must conclude that our position occupied in the future is a result of all that we have done to insure our arrival at that position.

The lack of a legitimate, ORGANIC community development plan affords the "mischief makers who lurk within our consciousness nucleus" to string us along by probing us with that which they know we will respond to.
