Race And The Chicago Mayor's Race: The Indictment Of "Slave Reparations" Overshaddows The Indictments Of The Present Molestation Of The Black Community Potential

Mayoral candidates go after Emanuel on taxes, slavery reparations

About 5 years ago it was reported that more African Immigrants came to America from voluntary means than from the forced importation from the American Slave Trade.

After a great amount of personal investment in research upon the cultural, political, religious and "messaging" forces that bear down upon the present day Black community with the goal of dominating our CONSCIOUSNESS I am forced to say that "Today more of the present conditions for Black Americans are shaped by the entirety of thoughts and actions enacted by the system of 'self-determination' in place today than any other force that is bearing down upon our community today".



The primary issue is about the misalignment between the real world conditions that are modeled in our minds and the prevailing set of THEORIES that are executed upon in pursuit of relief.

Evidence of this fact is shown in the mayoral debate in Chicago.  In today's Chicago which is facing crushing budget short-falls which threaten the continued viability of the city as an on-going concern, mass dysfunction in certain government institutions to develop the "human resources" which will craft the standard of living for the FUTURE and a cloud of crime which triggers "community asthma" per its ability to choke off development within - the INDICTMENT about a candidate's lack of support for SLAVERY REPARATIONS is  allowed to rise to the top of the list!!!!

For many people the INDICTMENT OF SLAVERY merely represents the grand scheme of "I Know Who INJURED US In This Way!!!".    It is a catch all consciousness, good for use in any debate that involves Black people:

• Street Pirate On Black Crime
• Squandered Educational Outcomes
• "Mission Accomplished Cities" Where Were Won But Where The People Within LOST Economically
• The Residue Of The Cultural Theories That Were Allowed But Have Produced Dysfunction Within

 Even when this nation's national debt hits $19,000 billion and the dollar is worth less than the Yen or Yuhn the "Reparationist" will use his calculator to tabulate how much Black people are OWED in Present Dollars.   While some blogs have a "National Debt Clock" to provide consciousness about the peril that the nation faces on HIS blog is a "Reparations Clock", animated with Adobe Flash.  Make sure you don't use your iPad to view his web site for the Apple iPad does not display flash.

The Indictment That Stunts The Rollout Of Rational Competency Development Strategies

 I realize that "serious politicos" (ex President Obama) do not entertain the though of Reparations in the "up front" form that the "unattached Progressive Fundamentalists" do.  They realize that they would have to map this spirit into actual legislation and that any redistribution in the name of "Reparations" must have a "corporate checking account" for auditing purposes.

My theme for 2011 is to "Identify the COSTS to the Black Community in continuing to doing as we have been doing under the guise of Community Development".   For some embedded operatives they have mastered their knowledge of HOW BLACK PEOPLE THINK.

These embedded operatives use their position within our "racial consciousness nucleus" to keep Black people IDEOLOGICALLY UNIFIED via a steady stream of CHUM that feed our "resentment, hatred and lust".

If someone dares to study their antics they will quickly conclude that they are lacking in their LOGISTICAL abilities to move our people forward based upon the competencies that have been developed within us per THEIR leadership over our INSTITUTIONS.

The insertion of the 'Reparations' wild card has an analgesic effect upon the masses.  Just as the population of Black people should logically be giving a no-confidence vote to the machine that has lead them to where they now stand as a collective - they revert to the "Good Ole Days Of  Tea Party Yore" in order to stand united on an INDICTMENT.  Few people will note that THEIR use of "Reparations" to shape PRESENT affairs is little different from their White right-wing adversaries use of this same time in the past as their moorings.   The point that makes the INDICTMENT against the PRESENT Black Establishment more appropriate - is that UNLIKE the oppressive White occupants in the seats of power over where Black people live - TO-DAMNED-DAY the occupants of the seats in the institutions that are FAILING US - have received the balance of the POPULAR VOTE from Black people!!!!
