"Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice" On Display In Houston - Do Not Look At The Criminal - Look At The "Neo-All White Jury" Who Incubated His Consciousness And Called The Police

QUESTION:
10 years from now when the woman in the above video gets a phone call from the school principal summoning her the school before her SUSPENDED son is allowed back into class due to his disrespect and disruptive behavior - Would any of you all be surprised?   Think about it.

Definition:   "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice"  -   The inspection of the judicial greats' official capacity - NOT as lead council for the NAACP where he played the role of chief advocate for the overturn of unjust laws which served as the systematic framework for the oppression of Black people.   Instead the scope is upon his term  as an occupant of the building at "One First Street N.E. Washington, DC 20543" when the activist became the UMPIRE.   This attribute came to light when the good Justice displayed the habit of inspecting the cases of "criminal defendants" that came before his court and mutating them into VICTIMS OF the "Criminal Justice System of America", thus rendering his indictment upon the system itself.   The former assailant, now assuming the form of the "one innocent man" who now has gone free - becomes the eleventh STREET PIRATE who wages an assault upon the community from whence he has come from.

Since the good Justice never bothered to do a character assessment of the young man that he sprung from the clutches of oppression - he failed to note that he, like other Street Pirates - DOESN'T GIVE A DAMN, and has no respect for any person.  Worst of all - the good Justice never bothered to ASK anything of the young man - so that he might one day rise up to shed the consciousness that has him prone to strike out against his own community.

Do Not Look At The Police Or The Criminal!

Let me get this out of the way.
The POLICE WERE WRONG!
All police should realize that the dashboard cam brings the eyes of the public to the crime scene.
As "equal human beings" cops have emotions.  They get frustrated by the actions of those who are in the community and they lash out.   Their training and their consciousness of the AUTHORITY that they are afforded should cause them to disconnect their personal angst felt against a suspect from their will to physically abuse this person beyond what is necessary to apprehend him.

As a result of this video we are treated to another video - the sight of the "Civil Rights operatives" activated because of their outrage at what they saw the RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE in the video doing.  I realize that the young lad Chad Holley has no such expectation placed upon him.

Teen beating highlights Houston's history of police bruality

I ask that we place to the side the actions of Mr Holley - we know that he was wrong for breaking into a storage facility with the intent to commit larceny.
We have already established that the police were excessive in their physical action at the terminating point of the chase.

The two forces left standing after the picture is cropped are:

  • The Civil Rights/Community Activist Forces
  • The COMMUNITY who is perpetually assaulted by Street Pirates

The rank and file of the community are responsible for instilling a particular consciousness in the minds of young men like Chad Holley and they serve as the unfortunate victims of the assaults registered by them as evidence of their past failings.   We can logically conclude that the rise in destructive behavior from the individuals that have matriculated through the system which is enforced by the adults in the community which incubated Mr Holley provides "constructive feedback" as to the effectiveness of this system and the need for reforms within.  The cost of not rising to this challenge is the increase in these assaults and more young Black males in the Prison Industrial Complex.

The one force that always seems to retain their POWER, regardless of the outcome are the "Community Activists".  They are seen at the microphone of a small conference center BEFORE the occasion of "Police Brutality" telling Black folks what we "NEED to do".     They are again seen at the microphones of the local television news affiliate AFTER the occasion of "Police Brutality" telling the larger viewing audience what the POLICE "NEED to do" to make sure that this never happens again.  They make sure to stress the point that THIS is merely the "roach that got caught" - there are hundreds of other assaults that were just outside the camera's viewing range.    They will be co-signatories upon the land mark "Civil Rights Violation" lawsuit waged against the city as they purse JUSTICE.   The 8 figure settlement that they will strive for must be made a budget priority for the city - its deficit be damned!!  If they aren't made to pay - it will happen again.

But again - what about the activist?
What is the process by which his own efficacy as nominal leaders of the community is "put on trial"?
If indeed it is the case that Chad Holley is "one of US" - then why is it that his actions have escaped the watchful eyes of those who had the task of mentoring him so that his consciousness would have him serve as a pillar to the community rather than a vandal who would spray paint the marble facade of the community's edifice?

While it is clear that the actions of the police that were caught on video tape has made them justifiable targets of the INDICTMENT that the community activists now render - there are several petabytes of archival video footage from surveillance cameras that keep a watchful eye on various buildings that house people's personal property which show the effects of the  BENIGN NEGLECT and INCOMPETENCY of the process through which young men like Chad Holley receive their conditioning about the world.
