- 8 Hour Work Day - After Which Over Time Must Be Paid
- Child Labor Laws
- The Right To Collective Bargaining
- OSHA
- Vacation Policies
- Fair Labor Standards Act Of 1938

However - all of these are moot points to those who DON'T HAVE A JOB THROUGH WHICH THEY CAN EXPRESS THESE "RIGHTS".
- Is the move from "Corporate Owned Housing" (Gary IN, Alcoa TN) over to "Government Owned Housing really PROGRESS?
- As The Increase In "Cost Of Doing Business" In "Progressive Mission Accomplished" Areas Has Shifted People From "Living Wages" Over To "Government Transfer Payments" - Did They Retain Their High Rate Of Pay? Or Are They Still Struggling For This?
- Are They Transacting Anything Of Value When They Receive "Transfer Payments" OR Is This The Transaction FROM THE SOCIETY Per The Commitment That No Individual Should Fall Below A Certain Agreed Upon Standard?
Most Of All - Can These Rights and Theories Stand When You Are ALL ALONE, BY YOURSELVES and Forced To Make Them Work?
