The Enemy Of The Black Community - Modeled

The enemy of Black people has always been:

1. The Spirit of Ignorance
2. The Spirit Of Hatred
3. The Complicity Of A Larger Population Set As #1 & #2 Fester

None of these elements are bound to a given race of people as the antagonist.  These spirits are "equal opportunity employers".

The diagram above is my attempt to model the forces that work against the permanent interests as a people.

The Attributes Of The Struggle

* THEIR ACTIONS - The Negative Force Of Oppression

Throughout our "struggle" it was necessary for our "activism" to be focused upon the forces of overt oppression who had a vested interest in keeping us down so that they could retain their exclusive position in the higher rungs of society and insure that their cultural and social norms retain their dominate position.   Brutality was used under the guise of "law enforcement".  The knowledge that those who would challenge the unjust system would receive a physical consequence - was enough for most to "stay in their place.


 * YOUR ACTIONS - The Enforcement Of The Social Contract

 When Dr King and others make note of themselves as "the moral compass" of America - they pointed to a set of beliefs that were a permanent "Due North".  By holding the ideals that the oppressors laid claim to as evidence of this nation's greatness up to their face in order to show their own shortfalls the goal was to provoke those who stand among the oppressors to allow their consciousness to purge the "spirits of hatred" that caused them to put aside their own American ideals.

The Attributes Of The "Organic Competencies" For Uplift

Whereas oppression is an active force that pushes against a body as it attempts to assume a natural state - "organic competences" are an ACTIVE force as expressed by the will of the people and the presence of active management toward a certain end.   The notion of "the social contract" is placed upon the "common container" that you reside within, demanded that it provides you with your 'just due' as a citizen.

"Organic Competencies' by contrast are the consciousness that YOU ARE THE CONTAINER!!!!     A person living in Guatemala, or Laos or Kinshasa has no "national social contract" that they can point to as a reference for what they should expect as a sign of "social justice".   The entire nation is statistically equal:  They are all POOR.



* Your Offense: Express "Community Consciousness" Upon Your People
The mandate is for the people who voluntarily agree to leverage their collective power for greater ends to submit their selfish goals in support of that which is synergized by the whole body working together for their own interests.

The sight of "working together" in unity should not be mistaken for the proof that what is accepted as their COMMON GOAL is a direct channel toward their interests.  Too often it is a common agreement in a particular METHODOLOGY toward a given end.

* THE OPPORTUNITY COST 
 Those who identify a "need" for Black people as part of our attainment of "Social Justice" while they fail to mention anything about how they would leverage the HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTIONS that they now have control over are guilty of resisting their acceptance of their "Establishment Power" and "Authority".  They realize the fact of the conditioning of their people will have them to look past their own failures while in power and complicitly agree to blame a common enemy.

The "Opportunity Cost" of their aggregate actions is that by seeking this "unity" in purpose that lacks veracity the real world MODEL of forces that bear down upon their people TODAY they will indeed retain their "unity" but they will always fall short of their desired standard of living - based upon their ORGANIC COMPETENCIES to deliver it upon the backs of their own people.

Ironically - the existence of this shortfall and the resentment that follows will trigger yet another mandate for UNITY - as the evidence of their continued OPPRESSION is the existence of the "divide" which points to their continued inferiority.

Until their own leverage of "Organic Competencies" is placed as a net superior countervailing force to the legitimate forces of suppression they will always remain in an inferior position - them denying the hand that they play in the matter.

The distinction between "oppression/suppression" and "opportunity cost" can be seen by what happens to the group - when their stated enemies LEAVE THEM ALL ALONE - providing them with the chance to road test the "Self Determination" that they have always longed for.
