The Late 1800's	Frederick Douglass Meets With President Abe Lincoln To Press The Case For Freedom And Equal Justice For The Black Man In America	Though Abe Lincoln Said That If He Could Save The Union By Deporting All Enslaved Africans Back To Their Homelands, He Would, Blacks Joined The Civil War On Behalf Of The Union Because REGARDLESS Of The President's INTENTIONS - Their Actions In Support Of His War Agenda TRANSLATED INTO THEIR FREEDOM. This Proves Once Again That The INTENTIONS Of An EXTERNAL FORCE Does Not Always Have To Align With Your INTENTIONS For You To Work Toward Your Own Agenda.
The Early 1900's	WEB Du Bois & William Trotter Endorse Woodrow Wilson For President Figuring That His Progressive Viewpoint About Societal Matters Would Also Translate Into Racial Justice For Black People	Wilson Reminded Them About How Much Of A Mistake They Had Made, As Black People, In Voting For Him When He Ordered All Federal Buildings In Washington DC Resegregated. Wilson Also Believed That The Film "The Birth Of A Nation" Was A Fine Piece Of Cinematic Accuracy And Excellence
1940's	A Phillip Randolph Pushes President Franklin Roosevelt On Jobs And Civil Rights.  He Threatens To Have A "March On Washington For Jobs And Justice" If Roosevelt Did Not Move	Though FDR Didn't Appreciate "Being Spoken To" In That Manner, Finding It Rather Rude That Randolph Would "Disturb Him" At A Time Of War, He Did Issue An Executive Order Banning Segregation In The Armed Forces.
1960's	King Meets With President Lyndon Johnson On Civil Rights and Voting Rights	After The Meeting, King Was Confronted With The Choice Of Two Priorities That Registered On His Moral Compass.  He Split With Johnson Because He Was More Opposed To War Than He Was In Support Of "The Great Society" As A Means Of Obtaining "Social Justice For Black Americans".  Justice For The Vietnamese ("Who Never Called Him The N-Word") Was More Important To Him.
Item 5A	A Stream Of Black Progressive Press Operatives (The Trotter Group)  and Black Progressive Bloggers Meet With President Obama To "Fight The Threat Of Republican Power" In The US House	The President Of The United States Marketed To Them "All That He Has Done For Black People" And Told Them How He Needed Them To Act As Relay Agents Of The Talking Points That He Gave To Them In Their White House Visit So That They Could Motivate More Black Voters To Walk Past The Misery In Their Community On Their Way To The Polling Place, "Standing With Obama" As THEY BOTH Made Sure That No Republican Ever Became "THE SPEAKER OF THE US HOUSE". We know that the Democrats LOST in November 2010. I am not sure that anyone can put a date on when the BLACK COMMUNITY LOST ITS CONSCIOUSNESS as it fused its "Community Consciousness" in with the "American Political Domain". Later On When Television Host Bill O'Reilly Had The Audience Of The President Of The United States Just Prior To A Super Bowl Game - Many Of These Same People Were OFFENDED As O'Reilly Failed To Show Proper "Respect" To The President As He Pressed Him On Issues Important To Conservatives In America. Lesson Learned - Some People Prefer To Enforce The "Respect" For "The Person In Power" Who They Favor As They Live Vicariously Through Them.  INSTEAD They Need To See That In As Much As Their "Permanent Interests" Remain Unfulfilled - THEY Are Among The "Permanent Friends" That The Black Community Needs To Reconsider Its Affiliation With.  No Longer Can Their Interests Be Compromised Out Of The Need To "Respect Those Who Hold Their Common Ideology".
