The Root.com Focusing On FOX News' Negative Coverage Of Obama Instead Of Their Own Slanted Coverage That Favors Him

(FOX News') Bill O'Reilly Bags Obama for Super Sunday

As the logic goes - Why appear on a network that does everything possible to sully your name as the President of the United States?

In my line of reasoning I am forced to ask - How is it that a source that does everything possible to put a positive spin on the President any better?

Both are biased!!!

In truth - we are merely dealing with a president of a given ideology and party and the respective reactions that are carried out for and against him per the bias that is marinated throughout each respective news operation.  Get a new president with a different ideology and we see the messages from these operations flip accordingly.

As you read these dynamics above the one thing that is necessarily to be sublimated is the permanent reference that our community's "permanent interests" represent as a measuring stick for all of their antics.

Today President Obama has an 89% approval rating among Black Americans - according to "The Final Call" newspaper.  This comes at a time where the key "misery index" elements for the Black community are at egregious levels.

I maintain, however, that it would be erroneous to relate these misery index items to President Obama.  It is far more rational to consider the array of institutions that have primary impact upon our community and make note of the MACHINE that controls these seats.  All of the occupants have membership in a common machine.  President Obama is merely the titular head of this same machine.

The agreement that is present amongst the operatives in the establishment machine is that they will not fire any shots at the other.  This would be akin to an octopus agreeing to not sever one of its own hands:  as one hand bleeds the entire organism is made to perish.   Self-protection is a far more logical course of action for those who operate as an interdependent system.

Today's Black Establishment Machine has more interest in self-preservation at the cost of our community's permanent interests.  This expresses itself as the apparent "voter nullification" that is present within our community.  There is no set of "misery index" items that can be rendered by a favorable politician that will cause him to be expelled from office.  They sell our community's future development as a function of the political fortunes of the machine that President Obama sits atop of.

The terminal offense for a Black politician is that he is IDEOLOGICALLY non-compliant.  (See Albert Wynn of Maryland).
