NPR: 2010 - The Year For White America

The frustrating thing about Professor Brinkley's comments regarding how "White America" is up in arms over a "Black man as president" is that it does little more than provide cover for Black people to look past the shortcomings of the strategies that have been adopted en masse that had promised to provide solutions to our community.

Notice that while both the host and the guest tell us that "the majority of White people voted for McCain"........neither make note that 96% of Black voters voted for Obama and a recent poll shows their continued support at 89%. This despite the problems that flow both locally and nationally and the homogeneous MACHINE that controls the institutions from top to bottom.

One can't help but notice that White Liberals inteligencia DO NOT see the "Black vote" as an equal barometer defining the enlightenment and openness of the nation.

Yet as I do my surveillance of hard left media ("Dollars and Sense" for example) I can see them articulate how the Black voting block is a critical component of THE LEFT and the DEMOCRATS. It seems that as long as the Black vote is permanently fused to the left and the Democratic Party its voting pattern will never be criticized in racialist terms as are the White voters in Alabama and Mississippi who's "conservatism" is proof of their "racism".
