My goal is to move beyond both the name calling and the "transactional indictments" that some are satisfied with and instead hope to expose the implicit transaction of BLACK INFERIORITY that is incumbent in the message that is propagated by a powerful body of thought that is encapsulated in a segment of our community and incorporated in several organizations that PURPORT to represent our community's interests.
They must be made to PROVE the ADVANCEMENT of our people and not just their ideology and party. The fact that there is a mass of complicits that are not challenging them as I do - does not prove that they are "effective" in their alignment with their moniker.
The destructive ideology that is espoused by this "think tank" knows not the damage that it does to the "Community Cultural Consciousness & Competency Development" requirements for our people.
They are forced to be "enforcers" of this theory upon individuals inside and outside. Their "time and motion" IS to have our people constantly engaged in the "struggle" meme. Those who dare step away and do a "time and motion" STUDY will see that the ritualistic antics adopted by these establishment forces provides the conditioning in an otherwise free people that causes the most squander of our resources seen today.
They are firmly embedded within every nook of our community, insuring that any effort to counter their assault upon our consciousness is put down like all other uprisings against the ESTABLISHMENT POWERS.
Their primary technique, however, is to DENY their present "Establishment Power".
OPEN SOURCE CONSULTING & EDUCATIONAL SERIES - Please Steal It, Incorporate It, Enhance It. Just don't MOLEST It unless you can counter with a more substantial argument that provides a better model of the THOUGHTS and BEHAVIORS that are exhibited and enforced by certain operatives in order to achieve certain end - too often at our community's expense.

| Evidence Of New Access To "Opportunity" One Black student now has access to untold wealth of structured knowledge long denied them when they were both "all by themselves" and had their resources for development systematically crushed. Evidence of their "progress" is measured by a net increase in the number of icons seen in the "portal of opportunity". The terms of their "victory" is that they got laws adopted which prevent this blockage. |  |
| Evidence of "Expanding Equality" Actions which "affirm" society's commitment to equality are developed for the purposes of opening up the door of the 'container' to the outside world of opportunity for more of 'the least of these" to walk through. They failed to establish an EQUAL TRANSACTION, where the local schools in their community would be made attractive for others to have the same passion for their development merely by attending, sitting along side their "EQUAL" children, conscious that there is some intrinsic value-add in the exchange. It is UNDERSTANDABLE, however, that having come from their past condition - the lack of a two-way transaction was not mandated as such. This was an important step none the less. As we note the exodus of one icon as the other grows. Is this: Proof Of "Racism Rearing Its Ugly Head Again" and Thus It Must Be Countered By Government Intervention OR "The Best Man Having Gained Traction On An Equal Playing Field" Thanks To "Programs" And Thus He More Programs Are Needed In Order To Sustain This Success That He Has Achieved Per The Observable Headcount OR "Those Who NOW KNOW That When Other 'Equal Human Beings' Are Given Equal Opportunity To Prosper Some Of Them Will Win These Once Exclusive Seats Of "Opportunity. | Diminishing Opportunity In The Minds Of The Conditioned - A "Clock Turned Black" Scenario Their commitment to the political vehicle that "sells them" hope through "Redistributive Policies" is affirmed to counter the "THREAT" of the "DEPARTURE of 'Opportunity'". They realize that they need more UNITY than ever if they are going to avoid returning tot he dark days that their "black & white" films have shown them. The very institutions that were to develop the competencies of their people were merely used as "portraits upon the wall", as proof of the POLITICAL prowess of their LEADERS. Though the same brick and mortar which they coveted so greatly still stand - those bricks don't seem to be "Magic Bricks" that pave the pathway to OPPORTUNITY any longer. | THE LOGICAL CONCLUSION If a COLLECTION of the icon seen to the right is a THREAT to their own best interests when they are ensconced in a classroom ALL BY THEMSELVES then we must conclude that ONE OF THEM ALL BY THEMSELVES is a THREAT as well - in the minds of the conditioned. We must conclude that their own efforts to insure that there are no 'homogeneous aggregations' of icons like the one to the right THEY TOO are executing the phenomenon that they label as "White Flight" when the other icons practice the same. Where as when their "enemies" are indicted for this practice THEY have convinced themselves that they are "improving the naton". Less self-degradation would be registered if they argued that the icon to the right must be EDUCATED IN HIS OWN INDIVIDUAL CLASSROOM. In this case he would be all alone, away from others who look like him - who apparently hate what they see as they strike. They could no longer exert the 'injury' that they argue that a collection of them imprint upon each other. This argument would have him avoid the perverted notion that a COLLECTION OF THEM IS A THREAT to avoid and thus being called "NON-WHITE WHITE SUPREMACISTS" those among his own people who are watching his antics and find it difficult to see any other explanation. If he believes this about his fate in America - one can only wonder what he sees when he receives video images from Nigeria, Haiti, South Africa, Namibia, affirming that the BALANCE OF THE WORLDS BLACK PEOPLE live with schools with similar homogeneity. We are forced to conclude HE BELIEVES that his advantage by living in America is not found in the resources and "social justice" advantage found here after a long period of struggle. Instead the icon in America merely is not forced to be "ensconced" by his own kind and it is THIS which is the source of his own advantage. The most prevailing proof to counter this claim above as a "damned lie" is to inspect his present state of COMPETENCIES that have been advanced after following this course which allow him to "take flight" to one of these other nations and RECREATE this same advantage - all while "unfortunately" lacking access to what he has seen as "opportunity", as represented in the other icon. If he is not more prepared to do this task - what, in fact then is his present agenda accomplishing?
