The Misappropriation Of The Human Resources That Are Positioned To Manage The Dream Into Existence WITHIN The Black Community

As I observe the antics of the embedded larval forces that stand inside of our "Community Consciousness Nucleus", executing their mischief in advancement of their real agenda - I realize that the most effective means of countering their damage to our community's development is to construct a TRANSPARENT framework that models the end goals of our "struggle" and then measure their antics against that which they claim to stand for.  Please be clear my goals is NOT to merely "hypocrisy chase" - hoping to SHUT THEM UP - as is the case in the political domain.

My agenda is to promote conscious Black people to understand the COST that us born upon the backs of our people when they remain silent and complict with the HIJACKING OF OUR COMMUNITY CONSCIOUSNESS.  That which might placate them in terms of their ideological and partisan standing too often proves to be detrimental in their ability to translate their apparent "gains" into actual and measurable benefit in the places where our people live in our highest concentration.

The "Civil Rights Movement" proves to be the perfect reference from which we can extract the "voice of Black people" regarding what we demanded as a benefit from society of our standing as 'Equal Human Beings' AND as PROOF of our standing as "Equal Human Beings" per our ability to generate these attributes.

Assaults Upon Our People, Violence Used To "Keep Us In Our Place"

There is no cost born in the incessant display of this specific photograph.  Instead of needing to be careful to not step upon anyone's toes with an implicit indictment, such a photograph a Black men who were vicitims of the "congregational complicity" that allowed them to perish as the community stood UNIFIED in their ritual in which they proved this Black man's GUILT as evidence that HE now hangs before them, having gone through THEIR process of justice.

From Life Magazine: Lynching 1930

A mob of 10,000 whites took sledgehammers to the county jailhouse doors to get at these two young blacks accused of raping a white girl; the girl’s uncle saved the life of a third by proclaiming the man’s innocence. Although this was Marion, Ind., most of the nearly 5,000 lynchings documented between Reconstruction and the late 1960s were perpetrated in the South. (Hangings, beatings and mutilations were called the sentence of “Judge Lynch.”) Some lynching photos were made into postcards designed to boost white supremacy, but the tortured bodies and grotesquely happy crowds ended up revolting as many as they scared. Today the images remind us that we have not come as far from barbarity as we’d like to think.

400 Unsolved Murders In 8 Years

The Disturbing Factoid From {Fill In The Blank}Black Community - This One Happens To Be From Flint Michigan.

Though the assaults continue - the only reason for their relative silence is that the establishment realizes that this time the killers had their murderous consciousness incubated from WITHIN the domain that these establishment forces control.  They would have to render a self indictment if they displayed the same passion for the protection
of Black lives as they did during the previous interval of time.

The choice to doggedly pursue this hatefilled and murderous conciousness WITHIN would cause massive dissension which would undercut the POLTIICAL and IDEOLOGICAL unity that the Establishemnt seeks to foment as their priority.  These kills are merely a byproduct of their antics no different than our choice as a free society to permit Constitutional gun rights means that those who misappropriate the use of their gun will increase our murder count.
Education -
The Development Of Our
Human Resources

During the Civil Rights Stuggle for Quality Education - there were two issues that were fused into one argument before the US Supreme Court:

  1. The systematic misappropriation of public funding by racist school boards set up racially segregated attendance policies by de jure segregation and then sent more funding to the school that Whites attended, affording them superior facilities
  2. The phychological impact of societal messages about black and white.  As a result of the indoctrination of "Black Inferiority" by the White Supremacist society - Black children begain to attribute positive yet undeserved favorable attributes upon White people.  By removing artificial barriers then Blacks would see that White are EQUAL to them, with greatness and flaws just as their own.

Though they attempt to make the case that the unqiue ideological entrenchments of South Carolina are the determinig factor for the sub-par academic performance felt by their own children - the GREATER truth is that even in the places where they have enforced the unity of Black people in support of the placement of "favorable people" into the academic institutions has not produced the desired results - as we were promised.

The actual purpose of this march on MLK Day 2011 was to fortify the "Ideological Unity" AGAINST a common external enemy - as the primary means of avoiding the focus upon themselves as the primary managers for their children's academic careers and the benign neglect that has been suffered - as they focus their attention on their external adversaries.

Today, ironically, they prove the "Black/White Doll Test" true as they desperately seek to avoid having their children attending a local school - full of "Black dolls"

The great migration of the Black-American into the North was about JOBS.  This had the dual benefit of the excape from the racist Southern system which channelled Black people into a certain career track thus limiting their access to wealth accumulation AND the escape from the system that used brutality to retain the integrity of the "channel".

The organized labor struggle in the North was an attempt to gain equal treatment, higher wages and poltiical control from/over the forces of capitalism.  It was the PRESENCE this force with a divergent agenda that provided this movement their derivative focus.

Having won the battle they now realize that they have lost the war.  There is a difference between fighting for "social justice" against an operating concern who is "exploiting you" and having the management acumen to see pieces of raw or under-utlized resources scattered about as the establishment forces arranges them into a productive order.  All the while respecting "private property rights" and the "social justice" concept of free choice (this time) as THEY take the helm of the controls, having disposed of their adversaries.

Some of them have failed to realize that the cost GREATER THAN the "exploitatative wage rate" that they fought against is the heavy tax that UN-DEPLOYED minds bear upon their community.  The "devils playground" appears to expand whereever they assume absolute control over the institutions.
Healthy Social Relations -
The Propagation Of Productive
Culture

The "Talented Tenth" was adopted as the strategic means by which "the Negro Race" would be lifted up.  They were the forces that would go out and obtain education as a means of leading the enlightenment of their own people.  Along the way, unfortunately, they developed the same "color consciousness" that is seen in other nations within the diaspora.  The "Paper Bag Test" was used to define the 'quality stock' of Black folks from the chaft.

Sadly today the use of color consciousness continues. When left to their own devices a shameful amount of techniques used by their oppressors get adopted.  The choice to focus the mass of their consciousness against an outside threat meant that they neglected to build up the infrastructure by which the masses of people could focus on development of their own organic uplift with the development of their human resources as a centerpiece of this effort.

Let's not buy into a "racial peace" agenda that compromises away the essential element of real progress for black people. I don't call the success of a few, while many struggle with addiction and poverty and various other pathologies and problems, the realization of any genuine civil rights worker's dream.

Let's continue to learn competencies in community development, economic development, education reform, and technology.

I agree with what you say.

HOWEVER - there is a machine that had dominate influence within our community that doesn't care about ORGANIC DEVELOPMENT of the people within.

Anyone who dares take away their power - which is the EXTERNAL INDICTMENT - risks forcing them to field more effective strategies and thus the potential to lose the power that they now lust for.

As the national economic standing worsens - the strategic failures of this group that has strong influence over our people will be even more apparent.

Sadly SO WILL THEIR INDICTMENTS - as they look out at the increased community protectionism of OTHERS gets appraised as "heightened racism". All the while the Black community leaders never see that they should have done the same and thus has a stronger BASE to transact off of.
