Mark Twain vs Modern "Hip Hop Voice Of The Street Pirate"

It is clear that the word "Nigger/Nigga" is not the problem.  Not even when it is used in commercial speech.

The problem is exclusive to who uses the word AND the receiver's goal of making an INDICTMENT against that person.

More kids born after 1990 of all races have heard the word "Nigger" from the channels of commercial speech through the popular channels of entertainment than they have from reading Mark Twain, Harriett Beecher Stowe, Alex Hailey or any other author who captured the time period when "a Black man had no rights that a White man need respect" "the word 'Nigger' was not a term of endearment but a word that enforced the inferior position of the Black man by denying him due respect in public discourse".
