Teen Pregnancy Problems At Memphis' Frazier High School

The news about the 90 pregnancies at a Memphis area high school has been propagating around the web. Yes - including conservative web sites. Go ahead and look at the comments sections of these webs and then notify "Media Matters" and "Democracy Now" to make note of what "THEY" are saying about Black people. Your "congregational consensus" in which you agree that there STILL is "racism" in this world will be fortified. You will have yet another reason to remain "ideologically unified" against this "threat".

But wait. Please tell me what your "Permanent Interests" are? Is it to struggle for a world where no one will "talk about you" as proof that racism has been lifted from your midst?

But wait again! Wasn't population attrition through relaxed borders which would strengthen the "Black/Brown and Progressive White Coalition"? While the results from the US Census proved to be a set back as the "mission accomplished" areas lost population - the migration toward opportunity in the South should also be augmented by these child births.

Why deny the truth of your political and ideological orientation? Is the only offense when someone else initiates commentary about what you have put forth previously as your plan?

The Unplanned Pregnancies In Frazier High Is A Symptom NOT "The Problem"

 From where I stand THIS chart to the left is a window into the prevailing consciousness within these schools.   If my family were planning to move to Memphis I would no doubt cross reference these scores below 6 to their geo-location and seek to avoid these places.

OH - you say that "I" am shunning "MY PEOPLE"? If this is so - what do we call what the establishment powers that now control these INSTITUTIONS have down to "Our People"?

Look at the names.

• Booker T Washington - educator
• George Washington Carver - educator

Fear not - if our "leadership" seeks to bestow more "pride upon us" then we can get

• Central High School named to "Du Bois High"
• Craigmont High renamed to "Dorthy Height High"
• East High renamed to "Abernathy High"

and lift any shame that is cast upon "Fairley High" by renaming it "Barack Obama High School".   

Each of these schools would get a fresh coat of paint and a "portrait upon the wall" of our "civil rights heroes", placed prominently so that each morning our children can have their pride lifted as they walk past the portrait each morning.   This after passing through the magnetometer detector that was placed at the entrance for for their safety.  "Safe Streets" is one of our permanent interests, you know. 

The Lack Of Purpose Derived From The Lack Of Consciousness That Derived From The "Consciousness Hijacking" That Is Necessitated By The Benign Neglect That Is Cast Upon Our People

Statistics show that educated women are delaying their child birth as they apply their attention to new found access to education and opportunity

The main reasons women in relationships gave for waiting before having children were financial insecurity and wanting to advance professionally first.
The average age at which women give birth to their first child has been rising since the mid-1970s. It has gone up from 25 two decades ago to 29 today.

At 15, 16, 17 - these young girls run awry of the statics. Not only are they more than 10 years younger than the new average for the "educated females" - they are positioned in worse shape because many of them have no "financial stability" to strive toward per their next promotion.

They suffer from the dual obstacle of being in a high school with (often) sub-par academic qualities and being loaded up with the responsibility of child rearing during her formative years. The father? - He typically does enough of the things that all young males do to force her to see that she has less stress without him in her life. In summary - the mother's trajectory is stunted. The pathway for her newborn child gets set before walking skills are developed.

IMPORTANT
The knee-jerk reaction that is projected by those who see this as squandered "social justice" is to make sure that there are sufficient PROGRAMS in place to prevent the "body fluid exchange" on the front end. Provide prenatal care in the middle process and provide the female with measures to take the load off of her hands for the duration.  In their quest to obtain and sustain a certain STANDARD OF LIVING in the context of this dysfunction they chose to tap the "National Social Contract", demanding that this system external to the ecosystem in question give these people their "social justice rights".  Instead of committing to time proven "human resource management" practices that effectively suppress behavior that ultimately work against the community's long term interests - they choose to maintain an artificial floor using these external resources.  For this they retain their claims that they care for the people and their enemies are the ones hurting them.


While these tactics may prevent a situation akin to an "under-developed nation" - these conditions are a far distance away from the "Human Resource Management" procedures necessary to allow her to compete with the population of females and males who have a college degree.

Martin Luther King Jr Dealt With "Injustice" and "Redistribution" - Not Enough On "Organic Human Resource Management".

I heard Tavis Smiley say that "MLK was the best American ever produced in this country because of his unselfishness and bravery".  Since I am further in the dog house than he is in that I not only am critical of Obama I am also not a leftist - I no longer operate with regard to acceptance.   The truth based upon my observations proves to be more satisfying.

While King was a man of his times and thus focused upon the primary threats to our people at the time - TODAY - a new focus and related skill set is required to mitigate our present challenges.

The messages about the OPPORTUNITY COSTS that are dampening the trajectory of our people is not allowed to transcend the manufactured notions of "social justice" in which these ill-timed children and their parents should be cared for with "redistributive policies".   I will accept the attack of being "uncaring toward Black children" if YOU accept the indictment of failing to erect and enforce a set of conditions by which more of the potential of these human resources are extruded per the "time and motion" that is enforced within their day to day living.

In the endless "struggle" that is your political activism - you have long past your original goals of taking over the "local institutions", once in favorable hands, would prove favorable to your interests.  We are now on the third iteration of your voting based struggle, seeking to implement "redistributive policies" to go along with the individuals that you have successfully placed.

All the while there has been a reluctance to turn back into the areas that are the claimed beneficiaries of your attempts to connect the rest of the nation to your plight.  Insuring that they are vested in your mission as evidence by what they do to support these higher standards that you seek as their birthright.
