Their base is the Black community who is presently grieving about their economic, academic and public safety condition in large measure. With the embedded operatives in control over the messages that are directed upon the Black community - it comes as no surprise that the problems are nationalized. This means that the machine that they put into power locally and have near unchallenged control get to escape any accountability for the results. Instead the problems become an issue of IDEOLOGY. When an unfavorable ideology is in place they are cast as the reason for what is happening in the classrooms and the street corners of America. When the favored ideology is in power and these same failures occur - the ideological enemy having blocked the imposition of the ideologically based policies that would have been the grand fix had then not been challenged by the ideological enemy now becomes the raison d'ĂȘtre of their movement.
I am 1000% convinced that "The Least Of These" fail to note that despite their "victory" in the Political Domain - they are suffering massive losses in the "Community Domain". It is the Negro Progressive-Fundamentalist Public Intellectual class who are well aware of how they are using "The Least Of These" to accomplish certain political ends.
We have far too many professional business managers within our communities (MBA graduates, business owners and mid-level managers in large corporations) to allow this scheme to continue. The scheme is defined by the removal of COMPARTMENTALIZATION of the "problem domain" for the sake of deploying a "boil the ocean" phenomenon for the sake of permanent struggle and "enforced unity".
Compartmentalization As A Management Strategy
Anyone with management experience knows that the old adage which says: "the best way to eat an elephant is to cut it up and eat it one chunk at a time" is true. When applied to the "Black community struggle" one has to understand that the real goal of those who should know better but they proceed anyway is not "acquisition of the elusive repaired state" but instead ideological unity behind a "permanent struggle".
The truth is that there is no such thing as the "attainment" of this repaired state. As new humans are born they must be inculcated with the principles of the system that will express the desired "permanent interests". This logically indicates that it is the SYSTEM which endures over time and successfully inculcates the people within should be the target of their efforts, NOT the notions of the permanent carrot chase and the associated "unity enforcement".
The movement should be appraised by its ability to engage the maximum amount of people in the process of their own salvation. From this focus certain competencies are developed among th people and as such the increased efficiency allows the community to prosper at a more comprehensive rate.
With the sight of 30 million people seeking to obtain a higher standard of living the need to "partition the elephant" is necessary as a management construct. This is not to say that all of these people have any particular interest in fully participating in such a development movement. However, just as someone who lives in America has less of a chance of being infected with cholera due to the advance waste handling procedures that are resident within this county - so too will a non-participant benefit as more effective community management constructs are adopted.
The present hijacking of the Black community consciousness by the political operatives makes it very unlikely that such compartmentalization and local governance dogma will ever be adopted despite the frequent talk of the need to do so. The most significant culprit that is to blame for this abhorrence are those who hijacked "states rights" for the purposes of localized civil rights violations. The power that remains in the image of those who wanted to "be left alone to abuse their Negroes" without federal involvement has allowed a necessary resource management dogma to be repudiated because of the fear of what their adversary might do when given this mandate as their cover. In today's world this means that the Black establishment agenda is more set on the promises that nationalized solutions will bring into the compartments of our communities than the present pain that takes place within these same areas as we WAIT for the national struggle to be successfully accomplished.
"We Need To Take Back Our Communities, Every Corner and Every House"
These were the words said - not by a Tea Party racist but by a Black man in Newark who was grieving the murder of a loved one as depicted in the recent documentary "Brick City".
As with the "states rights" phrase 'take back our communities" has been hijacked as a code word for a return to unfettered "White Supremacy".
The reason for the videos above is because I wish to remove myself as an intermediary between the actual people's struggle on the street and the question that begs to be answered: "Is the present Black community struggle in line with the present challenges faced in the communities that it purports to address?"
The sad truth is that it matters not how many grievances that I show for the world to see. None of this is going to trigger a mass uprising of consciousness against those who presently have strong influence over the consciousness sentiments of the masses. They are expert in their volley and will simply redirect this angst as being further proof that Black people are being discriminated against en masse. Their work to nationalize these assurances has not been done because of the unequal results that are present.
I noted in a recent blog response that certain people don't mind that there is abundant "ignorance", as long as the "ignorant" are ideologically in line with favored dogma and they express this in a means that is agreeable (ex: voting or protests).
The compartmentalism initiative that I have highlighted above is a direct reversal of this strategy. It seeks to localize the obligation and demands that the people who seek to live up to a desired standard should also play the biggest part in the attainment and retention of this standard. The acceptance of ignorance and unity is replaced by an acceptance of science as it is applied in pursuit of the desired end point. "Human Resource Management" practices are then used to implement that which science has indicated is the more effective ends to achieve the desired status.
Some have the notion that they must struggle to receive funding for education from their adversaries as a means of strengthening themselves and being more effective challengers against these adversaries. Their indictments heard in their call for more funding are heard as they obtain more power over these "compartments". This misaligned notion indeed builds up power through attrition but is not assured to deliver the desired results. Management is an introspective affair.
