This little White girl is the face of drug abuse in White America.
She ingested poison into her body and wrecked her life based on her choices.
It appears that she had a support system that altered her course.
As the grand debate over drug enforcement policy and the prison industrial complex that so often is used as the detox center the insertion of claims of racial conspiracy is injected as a means of understanding why this White girl remains free while so many Blacks and Hispanics get the detox center with iron bars detaining them.
The key distinction that is suppressed is related to the VIOLENCE that smothers the community as an extension of the respective drug trade. Those who seek to make the indictment of the court system fail to talk about the violence AND the presence of the progressive judges, district attorneys and public defenders that are in place despite the unfavorable results.
The only answer in addressing the problem is to focus on enveloping those who have lost their way in a community based system that keeps them out of the jail process. This does not mean fighting against the prison industrial complex. This means retaining the vulnerable person within the control structures that the community has, limiting their actions until they are healed of their "disease".
Where are the attempts at empowering people in the community with the same skills that are present among the staff at effective drug treatment centers? There is a vested interest for those in the community who have the misfortune of being trapped in the same den as these desperate people to become aware of certain proactive skills that assist in mitigating the corrosive effects of these drugs.
As for the drug dealers who conspire with the transport of these poisons into the community? I hope that you now see that the phase "Black people don't own airplanes....we are not bringing this into the country" is no longer an effective response but merely a redirection.
EFFECTIVE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT = Love For Black People
