Upon reading the occasion "Pro-gun control" article in various Black Establishment press vehicles such as "Ebony" or "Essence" I am provided with a mental picture of a handgun with legs, running down the street assassinating Black males and accidentally popping a cap in a sista that was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
I am not sure of the NY Post article was a literary shortcut for the sake of headline space but it should be clear - there are EQUAL HUMAN BEINGS pulling the trigger and selling this poison WITHIN the Black community. Guns and drugs are inanimate objects that need a human being to put them into motion.
If we continue to use protective cover based on an ideological entrapment the problem that is making so many Black people "cry on the television news" will continue to go on - unmitigated.
I am not trying to be a Spike Lee or Tyler Perry and insert myself into each picture - but - when I use this blog as a vehicle to present the results of my observations and analysis about the situation that so many Black communities suffer from today - I am called "Anti-Black" for daring to harbor upon these negatives. If you live in metro-Atlanta (or New York, Philly, Baltimore and many other places) this "negative image" is observed to be a REALITY OF LIFE for Black people who are encased in their community with STREET PIRATES.
The truth is that those who call names are merely ideological bigots who seek to protect the establishment power that has the strongest amount of radiation and influence upon the consciousness within the Black community. Just as their bigoted White resistance forefathers who preceded them - they too don't care to allow a few "dead Negroes" to cause them to make note of the need for change.
So What Are You Doing?
You probably do not have the Flash Player (Get Adobe Flash Player Here) installed for your browser or the video files are misplaced on your server!
(QUESTION: Does the message projected at present from various Black establishment elements map to the burning concerns seen the words heard on the streets in many Black communities?)
The favorite indictment in an attempt to put the person who dares to ask questions on trial.
ANSWER: I am providing you with valuable "time and motion studies" upon yourself and the system that you have erected to carry out your agenda - all for free. This besides the "tears" that I shed upon my minds eye in watching the antics that are carried out as you advance your ideological and political agenda.
I realize that you would rather have me join in and "get in where I fit in", focusing on the "Tea Party" and agreeing with you that Tim Wise is the greatest "honorary Black man" that has ever lived per his "Wikileaks" as he tells you what White folks say about you when you are not around.
Sorry - I would rather focus on the embedded agents who operate within our community, hijacking our consciousness and ability to manage our human resources as they have us committed to "VOTING" and "PROTESTING" away our problems. That is along as we vote for and protest against those who they deem favorable targets. Funny how it is never THEM despite their growing power over the institutions in our community.
"So Wait Are You Saying That Black Democrats Are The Cause Of This?"
(Sorry people - I engage in a lot of debates and I have certain people scripted fully enough to outsource talking points to a call center agent in India who will work at a cheaper rate. With the quality of the fiber optic line you wouldn't know the difference in their location.)
NO "Democrats who are Black" are not the "cause" of this situation.
The key precipitating reason for this issue is the benign neglect in human resource management and development that is taking place within our communities.
Go and watch the documentary series "Brick City" as it goes across the Hudson and focuses on what is going on in Newark. The interplay between human suffering & drama, municipal city governance and POLITICS are truly stunning.
In summary Black people have been sold a bill of goods. We have been told that the solution to our most soul-piercing grievances can be found in partisan electoral politics. We outsourced the control of our communities and the "equal human beings" within on the politics of hope and partisan advantage.
In the wake of this hijacking - the young Black men who now terrorize the streets playing the role of "street pirates" were never presented with the conscious indoctrination to develop as protectors and builders of the community.
Why Do You Ignore Malcolm X About His Warnings Of The Football Game?
The infiltration of partisan political advantage has reached a point within our community where many people see the infraction done by a person who was conditioned into a "street pirate" as being an offense against an EXTERNAL law put upon us by "da man". The fact that today WE voted "da man" into office is of no consequence.
It is far more important that this young brother that "unjustly" served a 10 year bid though the "Prison Industrial Complex" quickly have his "felon voting rights" restored. Indeed the favorable party machine needs to have as many votes harvested in the killing fields as possible.
Few people ever stopped to ask if this young man's COMMUNITY CONSCIOUSNESS need be restored prior to his vote in the "government elections"?
As an observer that is taking in all of the dynamics that are "Black politics" and the associated "ideological bigotry" and "voter nullification" one must conclude that if the overwhelming victories of the favorable machine in places like NYC, DC, Philly, Chicago, Atlanta and Detroit and yet STILL our "permanent interests" have not been met - there is some force that is greater than POLITICS at work and some greater force than a PARTISAN alternative will be necessary to have the fundamentalist to voluntarily walk off of the field and stop supporting that which he has fused his consciousness to.
Sadly today - we see from the series of events that are upon us today that the individuals and organizations that leave a trail of bleeding Black bodies that were doggedly countered against in the Civil Rights Movement don't trigger this same resolve win the SPIRIT OF DEATH that possessed them flies into the body of Black people.
In fact if you spend too much time calling them out for the systematic murders and oppressors of our community that they are - it is YOU who might be called "Anti-Black" instead of them.
This can only take place in the fact that, just like "back in the day" they enjoyed the clandestine protection and cover from the members of the community at large who saw all that was going on but remained co-conspiratorially silent.
