The Ebbs And Flow Of Societal Tolerance Of Street Piracy Will Force This Threat Against Women To Be Addressed

These videos show the threat that Street Pirates are to women.
Somewhere along the way these "street Pirates in men's bodies" never picked up the notions of respect for another human being, let alone a woman. They are prone to prey on any other being who's body stands in the way of their pursuit of the material item of their desire. They will assault or kill this other person if necessary. This person's safety is still in jeopardy even when the assault is not necessary. The mere act of fighting back or running away from the street pirate is a "diss" upon his ego. He will wage a deadly strike against any person that does so.

As I consider the severity of these attacks and the locations I am convinced that these attacks are not going to go unchallenged for long.

The police are not going to be the force that reigns them in. The only recourse available to them is incarceration or violence with a weapon. Clearly there is a need for a far more comprehensive and enduring solution. After we as a community get past the points of obfuscation (blaming their actions on the benign neglect of the nation or racism) I believe that the communities will be forced to regulate these young people on a more preemptive and comprehensive manner.

From "Rights Expansion" To "Directed Outcomes"
Today kudos is provided to those who stake their claim in their efforts to unravel individuals from societal strictures.  They take the mantel of "the conscious of society" per their efforts in attacking injustice from AUTHORITY FIGURES.

Time will show that after tearing down or regulating the actions of authorities - those who are left as free agents to assault the community and terrorize women are the one's that need regulation.  In as much as it is true that Street Pirates are not appreciative of those who defend them against these authority figures.  Their continued assaults will force their past defenders to be silent as the prevailing disorder strips them of their credibility.

The big picture understanding of this event is that after years of obfuscation with indictments against the general society the communities will realize that human resources are a product of the forces that directly bear down upon them.  The management practices will turn inward as it becomes clear that the activism directed outward was not focused upon addressing the problem within the community.  Instead the goal was to retain the community loyalties attached toward a greater nationalization effort.  The results are that as the people were made to look outward and upward these young men that should be defending the community and protecting the women within are instead the main assailants against both.

It is important that we not look only at the Street Pirate who landed the closed fist blow against the woman.
It is equally important to consider the team of adults who allowed this consciousness to enter into the young man's sensory receptors about the world.
