Fear not people - There will be no protest marches over this "Klan Reenactment" inside of a Black club in Dekalb County Georgia.
This despite the fact, as the video shows, that the predominately Black crowd is made ot fear for their lives and then run for their lives. What started out as a casual night on the town for the majority of them turned into a murder scene.
The problem is that the Street Pirate Murderer who did this is not a POLITICAL adversary in the eyes of the operatives who would normally rise up and do such protests. If you figured that the driving factor in such an incident is the fact that there is now a "dead Black man" to speak of and that "JUSTICE" must be brought forth - you are mistaken.
The unrelenting call for "justice" as expressed today has a large element of political and ideological indictment and opportunism attached to it.
Furthermore for these same activist forces to crack down on these type of assailants that wantonly shoot into a crowd of Black people they would have to put the scope of scrutiny on Black people - at least the subset of whom incubate this type of consciousness.
It is far easier to turn to the police and district attorney and demand that they "DO SOMETHING!!!! Black people are getting killed and are being terrorized" (Black women suffering an undue balance of both). In doing so they tacitly permit the police authorities to go a litter further in keeping the Street Pirates in check.
The community, however, retains the right to make indictments against the police when, inevitably, the "aggressive policing" that was allowed to mitigate the crime situation itself results in some violation of a member of the community.
Notice that in all of these plans - the one missing relationship that is so rarely scrutinized and the individuals held to account is the relationship between the Responsible Adults in the community that are charged with molding young people into becoming model citizens for their community and that model who has squandered his calling and now operates like a "Street Pirate" per his selfishness and continuing assault upon the community.
