The "Malcolm X Football Game" - Diversion By Viewing Trees Instead Of The Forest

As we come to the close of yet another "Blood Summer" in Black America I struggle to understand how it is that the top two issues on the minds of the Black Press operatives are:

1. Dr Laura "Nigger Nigger Nigger" laced conversation on her radio show
2. The "threat" from Glenn Beck's gathering on August 28th in Washington DC at the foot of the Lincoln Memorial 

It takes no special amount of investigative skill to string together the pattern of promotion of these two events and determine who is responsible for them.

Welcome to the third quarter of the "Malcolm X Political Football Game".  Unlike the first two quarters - Black people are now allowed to enter this game as starters for their perspective side.

The Black Political Establishment no longer has to pretend who they are and that they are transparently advocating for the PERMANENT INTERESTS of the Black community.

In fact the worst insult (and assault) that one could heap upon them is to have the audacity to inspect the veracity of their claims of help by going INTO THE ACTUAL BLACK COMMUNITY to inspect their work.   Certainly if this is the destination of their efforts we should be able to see some incremental evidence of how the end results that burdened us during Dr King's time have been mitigated.

The sad truth is that these injuries are still with us.   The main change has been that today there is more diversity in the pool of assailants that are attacking us.    

Martin Luther King Jr's for inspection of  "the content of one's character" doesn't yet appear to be a disqualifying attribute for many WITHIN the Black community as transparent assessments of their worth to our interests are made.   Instead we have a massive protection rack where the tool of DIVERSION is expertly used.

They Are Not Going To Stop

With these "100% political operatives" fully aware of the vectors by which to draw complicit members of the "Black Rank & File" along with them in this political football game they are relentless in their actions.

If you figured that the attainment of control over the political plateau would cause them to pause and make notice of their control over the key institutions in Black America:

1. The Streets Of Our Communities
2. Our Schools
3. The Business District
4. The Cultural Institutions where our Consciousness and Interrelationship Standards are defined

It is YOU who was severely mistaken.

When a movement is in-oraganic  - a "permanent struggle", if you will, the main deliverable of this movement is MOTION.  Too often it is "motion" for the sake of "movement", the main goal being to have the scenery remain in flux for the benefit of the people trailing behind, looking out of the window.   A fateful few of them possessing the map of the terrain and a GPS device to determine their coordinates.

The greater threat, however, comes from those who are embedded within that have a full complement of maps and a GPS unit.  Their issue is not that they lack knowledge of where they now stand.  Instead theirs is one of "double-agency".   "We know that they are working hard", said Dennis Kucinich, "the question is  WHO they are working for."

The best way to transparently appraise "who they are working for" is to measure:

1.  WHO STANDS STRONGEST within the Black community after their decades of handiwork.
2. WHAT COMPETENCIES have the masses of people among the rank & file developed as a result of their tutelage 
3. WHERE is the balance of their focus oriented - INTERNALLY in the effort to manage our community's human resources or EXTERNALLY in support of a protest for the purposes of fighting against certain principalities and powers?
4. (Most of all) Do they have any inclination to acknowledge their new authority as the ESTABLISHMENT, in control over the key institutions that they used to protest against for having failed them?

For the masses in the rank & file to inspect the establishment to hold themselves up to the light in measurement of these key attributes that prove to be evidence of their own transparency is akin to expecting a "fox" to x-ray his own digestive system to prove that there are no poultry products serving as his own nutrition source.

There has never been a more critical time for some OVERLAY MANAGEMENT ENTITY to sublimate the antics of the "Civil Rights Pharisees" that are having their way with our interests as the void in consciousness that begot the void in management that we presently suffer from as a community.
