I seriously wonder if some of you understand what is going on AT YOUR EXPENSE.
Not only are you a political and ideological pawn - you have accepted the notions of your inferiority and "damaged state" from slavery and Jim Crow that you figure that your best advantage is to go along with the scheme.
What you are witnessing is NOT MANAGEMENT of the condition in Black America. Instead it is 100% political and ideological hijinx. (I know you all are tired of my references to the Malcolm X political football game by the brother was brilliant in his assessment of what is going on).
As a management consultant it is so frustrating to see how various forces are fully aware that they don't need to perform for you after having taken power via your support. As long as they are fighting against your enemy - regardless of the result - they will have your back.
You are so caught up into the action that you never think to step back and setup some TRANSPARENT defenses that protect your own interests - even against those who are embedded with you yet who are misappropriating your consciousness with their perpetual embezzlement.
You can't see that basic management architectures in which 'ONE MAN' (or one small clique) is not allowed to hold:
- The checkbook for the organization
- Receive the check while working as as the bank teller
- Make the accounting entries in his role as the accountant
- Print out the reports as his role as the internal auditor
- Report the results as his role as the CEO
- Receive the news because he is on the Quarterly phone call
- and (most damnedest) REPORT on the results because he is his own PRESS AGENT - never intending to DO AN INVESTIGATION TO BREAK UP THE TRUST that has been detailed above.
This is a case of BIGOTRY and UNWILLINGNESS TO CHANGE.
The present comfort of your condition allows this scheme to go forth.
The present discomfort that you suffer is known to be a lot less than if you were ON YOUR OWN AND STILL RUNNING THIS SAME SCHEME, having to produce organic results.
During this time of your freedom in which you had the OPPORTUNITY to develop systems of good governance where more of your people could enjoy the fruits of your well governed machine - you choose to execute a series of short term fraudulent actions. When the results of these actions are seen as the cover is lifted off of your actions done in the dark (See Detroit,Chicago, New Orleans and East Point Georgia) you are aware that you can point to your injury that has been suffered long ago as the reason for your present incompetencies.
Let me ask you - do you REALLY think that the Snarling Foxes at Newsweek really respect you?
Dear Newsweek:
(Black guy here - because it is relevant)
The one thing that you failed to factor into your numbered list is that by focusing on their Conservative/Fox News enemies these same Black Civil Rights operatives successfully escape accountability for failing to produce the results that they sold Black people on if we followed them and got Democrats/ Progressives into every single possible seat of power that Black people have a substantial say in.
If you can detail what the threat that Glenn Beck is to Black American I would love to see it. Glenn Beck is a threat to PROGRESSIVES. Period. It is only to the extent that the notions of progressivism has hijacked the interests of the Black community is Glenn Beck relevant to what ails us.
When Newsweek does a story of the continued misery in Black America do you all ever make note that DESPITE the present domination of these Progressive politicians and the list of promises to address the problems that got them into power - do you at Newsweek ever think to objectively scrutinize the theories (many of which you have in common with them) or do you accept their reasons for the failure and echo their indictments of the American system as the fault for the outcomes. Thus, as progressives - their charter to INTEND to fix the problem is rechristened rather than the media holding them to the past results.
What you need to do is apply the phrase that is heard in the financial industry "Past performance does not indicate future results" but when it comes to some of these policies that are clearly flawed - the immediate past is prologue.
