As The Black Political Operatives Have Us Focused On External Political Opponents Of Interest To Them And Their Ideology

With all due respect Roland Martin, I agree with the words that were made as you vibrate your vocal chords in this video. However I don't see this resolve in your will to ACTIVELY work against the forces that are terrorizing our community with their "Klan Reenactments". I watch your show on a weekly basis Mr Martin. Though you do watch "Washington", if your purpose is to "watch Washington" with the purposes of benefiting the Black community then you bear some responsibility as a media operative for failing to keep this situation in prime view.

The reason why this blog "Politics,Policy,Pathology and Hope WITHIN The Black Community" stays focused on the "Klan reenactments as perpetrated by Street Pirates" is because I realize that in the common political discourse made by the defenders of the Black Establishment (like you) - this scourge will be tucked under the rug by the people who don't want to embarrass the establishment as they render alms upon them.

When I watch this perverted logic I get angered just as people were bothered by the self-serving comments of the former BP CEO which said "I'll be glad when I get my life back". In both cases they are people who are in a position of power to effect a certain outcome yet they are more focused upon their own interests or image than the fundamental issues that they have been charged to govern.

Mr Martin when I see you and other media operatives stay as resolute upon the actors who are terrorizing our streets as you are inclined to talk about the Tea Party, Sarah Palin or Glenn Beck - then I will believe that you are in tune with the real issues that many Black people are facing on the streets. In as much as when you are FREE to pick and choose the issues that you primarily focus upon and they more than likely involve a fight against a political enemy to the POPULAR political sentiment of Black people instead of a observable enemy of our absolute interests - your natural tendency tells me all that I need to know.

Add to this the fact that "favorable people" are in power over the cities where these "Killing Fields" exist and the indictment upon the machine that has prime influence over our people is further compelling.



A question for COMMUNITY ORGANIZERS:

IS WHAT YOU DOING ACTUALLY WORKING?

We as a people appear to be smitten by the "checklist items" that people operating under the guise of "community organizing". Some can list all of the service projects where they interacted with community over the last year. This is their "I am getting closer to Jesus with my efforts" list.

We must be bold enough to assemble these lists, LOOK OUT AT THE CONTINUING PROBLEMS and then as "IS IT WORKING SUFFICIENTLY, COMPREHENSIVELY, PERPETUALLY"?

The answer is not just "No" it is "Hell NO!!!!".

One person brought us the issue of the "BP Oil Spill".
If BP was the Black Establishment powers over a killing field in the Black community in relation to the Gulf Oil Spill they would be:

1. Inviting the news media to the site of the oil spill to make sure that they properly advertised the "rituals" that they were doing with the INTENTION of capping the oil
2. They would be blaming the oil spill not on their own actions or the shortfall in their claims of competency in control over the resources and technology to prevent a spill but instead upon the insatiable appetite for oil by Americans
3. They would demand that the news media give them credit for their good will in their INTENT to cap the well, demanding that they cut them some slack as forces beyond their control (5000 feet of water) is causing more difficultly than they had anticipated

Of course, when it comes to BP we judge them not by their ability to cap the blown out well but their ability to NOT allow a blowout in the first place.  This comes from the management processes that they have in place and which are regulated over time.

The truth is that when it comes to the issue of "human resource management" within the Black community those who lust for political power and unity of our people have no interest at all in submitting themselves to inspection and regulation to confirm that what they are doing is having the intended result.  I actually believe that the results are as they planned.  They are just not the results that the Black community needs.

The claim "If a White person was shot then................................" is yet another attempt to escape outside of our community.   This gentleman fails to see that in a city like Chicago his victory has already been "won" in the political areas that he and others have focused upon.   The circumstances within are showing that they have failed to provide due focus upon the "Community Cultural Consciousness & Competency Development Domain". He fails to see that in these very communities a power take over has been executed.  His adversaries departed to run a place of their own.  Now his main indictment is that they have "left the Black community all alone".  

With the power to externally indict he seeks to shift the blame upon the greater society and thus off of his own ideology and action that is in power over these places.
