When The Black Establishment's Enemies List Does Not Match The Black Community's List

Visual depictions through video or diagrams assist in arguing a point which is otherwise clear to all who want to see.

The executive summary of this post says:  Those who are interested in MANAGING the domain that they are focused upon toward a directed outcome must work to control as many of the forces and variables that bear down upon that domain as possible.

Unfortunately the combination of ideologically bigotry based blindness and a legacy in which the past as an outsider struggling for the basic protections of the community - the managers in question never had to take on the entire set of variables.

Regardless of the reasons why the complete set of forces are not addressed - the results of the failure to do so is akin to plugging the holes in the right side of your basement foundation which is leaking water while being inattentive to the water that is pouring in from the left wall.

The point is clear - The "Civil Rights Pharisees" cannot be allowed to have power over our community beyond their increasing role as a bit player.  In addition they and the rest of the Black Progressive Establishment cannot be allowed to run away from the control over all of the key institutions that they now preside over - per the promotion of the complicit Black rank & file that put them in place and who provide cover for them.

The key means by which this scheme is allowed to continue are as follows:

• Keeping outside forces on trial by making indictments against them for the present state of the Black community. This is the cost of not agreeing with the Black Establishment
• Transacting on the inferiority and injured state of the Black community as a means of procuring some temporary benefit while failing to observe the long term damage from the failure to develop ORGANIC COMPETENCIES within 

These forces in place serve at the will of the Black rank & file.  As such I don't place primary blame upon these operatives for their antics are a part of their DNA.   Over time they have learned what makes Black people tick and how to keep us UNIFIED.  

It is this notion of BLACK UNITY that must be put to rest.   In their version of "Black Unity" we are all supposed to follow behind the Black Establishment powers.  They just happen to be Progressive, Democratic and Quasi-Socialist.  Regardless of the gap between their increase in power on behalf of the Democrats and the problems that remain in abundance it is the Black community that is on the hook for calling upon those who operate with the community's confidence to call them out.   It is clear that some people are proud of the Black portraits hanging in the government offices than they are willing to treat them as they did the people who formerly held these seats yet failed the community.

A Transparent Overlay That Sublimates The Civil Rights Pharisees

The Black community of 2010 needs to reformat its community management infrastructure, aligning it with the realties of today.   The promotion of a transparent overlay entity which has at its foundation the permanent interests of:

1. Safe Streets
2. Quality Education
3. Thriving Local Economies
4. Healthy Lifestyle and Relationship Outcomes

This entity can't operate as an extension of the "American Political Domain".  The Black community can only lose as our interests are placed as a third party reference to success of an external entity.  This is why at present, despite the favorable outcomes on paper certain communities are still struggling with the basics (Chicago, Detroit, Philadelphia, etc).    

Those who's biases fails to allow them to see the full vision of what is going on are prone to accepting conspiracy theories and chasing external windmills as the main deliveries from their activism.  

They should not be surprised that they are made to remain on the chase yet rarely enjoy the fruits of their "mission accomplished" zone.
