It is clear to everyone who sees the pattern: The biggest threat to a Black female today is the Street Pirate. As he runs his assaults upon the community she is the inevitable victim.

• As A Mother Who Prioritizes Her Children
• As A Property Owner
• As A Wage Earner Who Knows That She Is Ultimately Responsible For Her Own Fate
• As A Person Who Needs A Sense Of Safety WITHIN The Community

How did things get like this?
What caused so many young males who should have become pillars of their community instead were allowed to morph into Street Pirates.

The community that he was to protect now needs to expend resources to defend the community's interests against his assaults.

As I stated before - As the Black Establishment goes after their ideological enemies who they claim disrespect the legacy of "Dr King" - the truth is that it is the Street Pirates that don't give a damn about King nor any other Black leader who's name adorns the street signs where they execute their pirate attacks.

One would think that those who have prevailing control over the vectors of influence over these young males that have morphed into "Street Pirate" assailants upon the Black community would check themselves, insuring that they are indeed applying the proper HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT practices for the best interests of the community.

Instead they desire UNITY among Black people.
They know that it is easier to tap into the common triggers that are easily stimulated among many Black people than they show interest in the harder row to tow in regulating these resources so that greater opportunity is produced.
