The Race Hustle Between Comcast And TV-One

Latest protester of Comcast - NBC deal plays race card and has ex-FCC chairman on board

When the indictment against Comcast includes the charge that TV One is not a "Black owned company" because it is a publicly traded company is thwarted by the information that a Black family owns 90% of the stock the hustler merely finds something else that can stick.

If Comcast demanded an equity stake in TV One as a condition for carrying it - what is "racist" about this?  Based on its present circumstance it is likely that Comcast believed that RadioOne was under-financed and as result they demanded a stake in the company in order to extend the brand across its broadcast system.
