Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice - In Action

Please note the two cases in the video in which "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice" techniques are deployed.

In the first case parents of a "bad azzed" little boy turn the tables on their teacher and put HER on trial, forcing her to resign. Indeed the teacher was wrong for putting the words "I told him I would knock the hell out of him" on the voice mail message. Her chuckle was done to show that it was in jest. Yes this was unprofessional. Yet to have the two parents pretend as if they were outraged and that she would really assault their "bad azzed" kid was too much for me to take.

I assure you that these are the parents of the kid that will say "My momma will come up to the school and 'cuss the teachers out'".

Was there any mention of any disciplinary action against the 'bad azzed' kid?
Why weren't the parents asked about their view of their son's behavior? How many hours of instruction did he steal from other students that were more serious?

I can just imagine the dollar signs that flashed in the eyes of these parents upon hearing the recording. "They are now considering their legal options". NEGRO PLEASE!!! The first thing they likely did was to call all 4 local news stations to see which ones would come out and pick up their story.

The teacher who said that their "bad azzed" son would not be allowed in her math class for the last 2 weeks of the school year is herself GONE from the class room. Something ain't right here.


Next we have the story of the young man who was ensnared into the actions of two Street Pirates - one of them crazy as hell. If you recall - about 4 months ago a Black female was assaulted in her home, sustaining a neck injury and her young son was thrown against the wall as two street pirates did a home invasion and robbed her.

This third young man was not directly involved in the incident but instead gave the two a ride sometime prior to the incident. The police detained him as an accomplice.

We now find that there was a White woman who gave the two street pirates a ride. The claim is that she gave them a ride closer to the pirate assault and thus it is ironic that only the Black man has been charged as an accomplice.

I am on the record stating that the third guy should be released and not charged. He came forward and talked to the police on a voluntary basis. I believe that while he knew that the one friend was crazy I don't think that he had anything to do with the crime.

The "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice" element of the story comes in because the team of lawyers now seek to indict the Fulton County District Attorney (a Black man) for RACISM.

Why is it that the Black man who gave the two a ride in jail but the White woman who transported them with closer proximity to the crime not locked up?

The judge didn't buy the argument.
