In Cobb County GA a female student at Kenesaw State University who was stopped for a traffic citation and found to be driving without a licence was outed as an illegal alien. As the authorities of the county initiated deportation proceedings against her the actor-vists who are otherwise silent over the gang violence in Cobb County found their voice in support of this girl. According to the Cobb County branch of the SCLC we as a society must stand against "unjust laws". Unfortunately he did not detail which law he was speaking of:
- The law that you must have a license to operate a motor vehicle in Georgia?
- The law that giving false information to a police officer is a crime (a false address)?
- The law that only Georgia residents qualify for in-state tuition?
- Or the law that there is an official process for entry and permanent residency in this nation?

These organizations are at the end of their rope. Without the ability to make the indictment against some one as they stand on their moral high ground they are rendered impotent. Thus when it comes to the management of people who "don't give a what" in their own communities their "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice" techniques fail miserably.
