Asian Students File "Ciivil Rights Lawsuit" Charging Violations Of 14th Amendment Rights In South Philly

Asian group files federal civil rights complaint over South Philly violence

The old saying "One day the student will become the teacher" should be used to make note of how yesterday's oppressed minority are capable of being oppressors of another minority.   For me this issue shows the equal humanity of us all.   All of us are endowed with the very same human tendencies.  One of which is to prefer one's own group.  If the attributes of the group is not derived from physical differences such as race or gender then the human being will create a new attribute to factionalize around.

I will be monitoring this situation around this lawsuit.  In particular I would like to know if it has the sympathy of the Black community outside of those Blacks in South Philly who's actions are indictable.  As part of us all being the same it is also true that Black people show the capacity to act like the "establishment", offended that some minority within their midst has protested against the treatment that was suffered at the hands of Blacks.

 Press Release From AALDEF

As usual some people will see my actions as further proof that I blame Black people for everything.  They can't see that by my attempts to show that BLACK PEOPLE ARE EQUAL HUMAN BEINGS it is up to US to regulate our people, just as we have asked White people to regulate their own for the protection of Blacks and other minority groups who get rolled over.

The Black community has the additional challenge to regulate our own against the assaults that they render upon our own and the entire community that has the misfortune of having to house those subset of people who don't give a damn about civility.
