What is an anarchist group to do?
Even in this "post-racial" America there exists a level of bigotry which prevents certain analysts from judging the efforts of certain groups that are populated with Blacks and Hispanics to be seen as an equal threat that White groups that are labeled under the banner of "Right Wing Militia" groups have cast upon them. Even though "respect" is often the centerpiece of how they roll - it seems that they can't get none from certain operatives who see no particular political or ideological advantage from treating them as such.

About two weeks ago I listened to a show on NPR in which they talked about the MS-13 gang. (Note - the link is not the story that I listened to.  I am still trying to find it)  MS-13 is a violent gang which is growing in power and pervasiveness throughout the United States.   The eye opening portion of the story had to do with their antics in El Salvador, their home nation.

They are considered a "Third generation gang" in which they now have political control over a particular territory.  They rule by the gun and with violence.  Despite this track record MS-13 has failed to register as a threat in the same way that faceless "White Right Wing Militias" have been in America.

I wonder what MS-13 can do to garner the respect from the establishment that they so frequently seek after from their contemporary street gangs?



After watching this past week's "Gangland" I now have a second example of a street pirate gang that is desperately seeking respect from the establishment powers:  the "Sex Money Murder" gang of Trenton New Jersey.

Despite the fact that the SMM gang has murdered more Black people in the past 10 years than have any Right Wing Militia has during this same interval - "Sex Money Murder" can't seem to get the Homeland Security Department to respect them as such.

Unfortunately in the calculus of political opportunism - the Black and Hispanic are inferiors.

• A White Conservative that calls them out will be called a racist
• A White Progressive has no particular benefit in calling them out because they risk damaging their alliance with Black Progressives
• A Black Conservative who dares call them out will be said to "hate Black people" and sound just like their "White Conservative" sponsors
• A Black Progressive-Fundamentalist merely needs to make the case that these gang's murderous actions are the residue of American racism and White Supremacy.  Enough people will buy into this claim that this machine won't be called out for their failure to address the situation.

The end result is that more Black and Hispanic people will be seen "crying on the television news".  They'll continue to look for the future "ultimate victory" over White supremacy in this nation and will reorder the resources so that these Street Pirates won't be motivated to feed upon their own communities.  Ironically such a stance merely empowers the people who presently have power where they live - thus feeding into the theory of "White supremacy" rather than failed "Human Resource Management" of today as the cause for this dysfunction.
