The Civil Rights Organizations Need To Be Repurposed To Be Placed In Line With The Present Needs Of Our Community

In the video below I purposely allowed two contiguous news stories to remain together in this report.

The first story involves a home invasion in which Street Pirates enter into an apartment, guns blazing, and shoot a young male in the head - killing him.

Just a short drive away from this crime scene the Southern Christian Leadership Conference (SCLC) had a rather contentious meeting in which they attempted to oust their board chairman and treasurer.

Let's be honest people - the civil rights organizations that we once looked to for leadership in confronting the external threats to our community have not yet sufficiently adapted to the realities of the present threats to the peace and civil rights within our community. With the fact that a growing number of these threats today are coming from those who reside WITHIN our community it is clear that these organizations have been rendered ineffective against what ails us.

This is why today we are talking about "Confederate Memorial Day" and SLAVERY instead of an assassinated Black mayor and 4 Black young people in DC. In addition a few short miles away where their meeting was held - a Black woman had her head and arms cut off as she was disgarded into the bushes.

From where I stand certain elements of "Racism Chasing" are over-hyped as compensation for the void in human resource management competencies that are present within the Black Establishment. They feign outrage and render an indictment against their long time adversary. They know that enough of the community will agree that this external threat has not abated enough for those who are inclined to challenge the effectiveness of this establishment to speak up.
