Roland Martin: Time for Obama to go 'gangsta' on GOP

Roland Martin reports on Obama from the stand point of "Obama's Shoes" and looking outward. He has an "advice column" for Obama instead of pondering the best interests of the Black Community as one might assume.
Think about it all from an architectural stand point. Whereas when I point out to one of my frat brothers who I debate with that a city like Philadelphia is totally dominated by Democrats and thus question his inclination to fight "on behalf of" the Democrats instead of holding them accountable as the establishment - he does a "Roland Martin" on me.
He exits the city limits of the domain where his favored party has control and finds that one Republican in the state legislature who mission is to destroy the interests of Black people and/or the city in general.
This obfuscatory redirection is merely an attempt to provide cover for the entity that he is seeking to protect from accountably for their failure. As an inside operative who purports to be working on the best interests of the Black community - as long as we all agree that this is accomplished via the Democratic party.
Thus the cycle - IF the shortfalls persist in our commuty despite the Democratic control - it must be the fault of the ADVERSARIES TO THE DEMOCRATS -since WE AGREE WITH WHAT THE DEMOCRATS AGREE WITH.
Think about it folks. For YOU to "disagree with the Democrats" as you take a step back and bind yourself to the actual delivery of an EFFECTIVE FIX rather than the METHODOLOGY that INTENDS to deliver a fix - which you agree with in your present consciousness...... then this would require you to DISAGREE WITH YOUR PRESENT CONSCIOUNESS.
You are smart. You are "right".
It must be the other guy who doesn't agree with you who is the source of all of your problems.
What we have here folks is an "ANTI-MANAGEMENT" consciousness. In management you must demand a clear objective and some clear methodologies to obtain these ends. After dispassionate analysis of this plan of action if it is found these methods have not in fact been effective - management demands that the methdologies be removed and replaced as necessary.
In this void of MANAGEMENT sits these opportunists such as Roland Martin and many other Black Press Agents.
As I have pointed out how the ground gains of this machine at the local levels escape the consequences for falling short because certain operatives are effectively able to "chum" Black people into focusing upon our enemies - I also noted that THESE TACTICS WOULD NOT STOP even as they have reached the mountain top, having scaled all of the plateaus which they have conquered. The motion of climbing is enough to defray the criticism and have the masses focused on the barrier that remains.
Roland Martin sees the threat from 41 Republicans in the US Senate. He could not see the failures of the previous 60 Senators in the Democratic coalition and the one former senator who is now President of the United States.
HOW DO YOU WIN AGAINST SUCH A PERSON who is biased as such?
ANSWER:
The requirement is to get Black People to LOVE THEIR PERMANENT INTERESTS and the framework to obtain them MORE THAN they love their Ideology/Party/President - making note that these forces ALREADY control the key institutions within your community. In as much as they are able to sell our people on the "Grand Mission From GOD" and the perpetual struggle against the outside forces that it entails they can convince us that we can't expect any evidence of the success UNTIL the ultimate fight is won (otherwise known as Earnest Money).
Do you want Your Ideology to "win" or do you want our Community To Win?
The evidence proves damning thus far.
