For some people - Me talking about it is not going to move them from their 'bigoted position'. The best indictment that I can register is to allow the culture and consciousness in question to speak for itself.
If you gather nothing else from these videos - please notice the FAUX SENSITIVITIES expressed about the LANGUAGE which offends Black people in POLITICAL discourse. All the while such harsh talk meant to demean and degrade is "par for the course" between the people in these videos. Why is perceived disrespect in "political speech" more harmful to certain operatives than is the type of talk seen here?
This is the mindset that many within the Black Political Establishment believes that it can form a "coalition" with. Just as the individuals in the Chicago episodes say - IF they can make their move into politics then they will turn their communities into the places that they have struggled for.
The key question that must be asked is: "HOW MUCH will this establishment compromise its own integrity on their way to forming an alliance with these forces?"
In what ways will this establishment demand that these "Hip Hop Voice Of The Street Pirates" change in order to allow their "collabo" to continue?
If there was any proof of the need for "conflict resolution" training - these brothers are the poster children for it. Is anyone surprised that VIOLENCE spews from this culture?
