The Black Republican - The Chief Diversity Officer In The HR Department Of The GOP

The self-proclaimed Black Republican has an unenviable task that he is challenged with: Convince the masses of "Democrats Who Are Black" that his party is not the entity that stands against the Black community as so many of them commonly think is the case.

He simply cannot be victorious in his efforts per the course that so many of them stick to, having failed to properly analyze the situation at hand.

His initial task is to  justify his own affiliation with THE entity which encapsulates all that the "Democrat Who Is Black" fights against as part of his claim to be for the advancement of "Black Americans' Interests".

The "Democrat Who Is Black" is best described as a permanent radical revolutionary who feels that the world stands against him.  He is pinned up in his "shot gun shack" - the Black Community.  He sees himself as the force that defends this valued fortress against all external invaders who seek to molest and destroy his community on their way to destroying HIM - the Black Man.  He, however, is the perfect reference architecture of "Black Consciousness and forthrightness".  He can't be bought.

He spends the bulk of his political activism scouring every inch of the United States looking for some force who is a threat to his "shot gun shack".   Of course he does not have the manpower to cover so much turf.  Instead he depends upon surrogates such as  "Media Matters", "MSNBC" and "Huffington Post" to syndicate these offenses to his attention.  This is a symbiotic "self-chumming" and incestuous relationship that is present among these groups.  it is quite interesting that "Media Matters" does not scrutinize the lyrics of the Tuesday morning official album releases for various "Hip Hop - Voice Of The Street Pirates" who's words so often directly threaten to kill Black people, call our women out of their names and tell of the profits they have made from selling drugs into our communities.  But I digress.

This "defender of Blackness" casts his eye through the window of his shot gun shack, firing warning shots against any conservative or Republican that dares walk upon the sidewalk in front of his house and motions toward his driveway.  The mere turn of the head to consider the condition of the shot gun shack is enough to trigger a response, punishing him so that he won't dare even think about staring too much at the woes within ever again.

All the while in which he has his attention focused outward - he fails to note the forces that threaten him from WITHIN his "shot gun shack".

As he flexes his muscles and resolve against these outside threats - with the notions that all that he does is on behalf of the INSIDE resources - he fails to note that the one subject that he talks about the least are the conditions that he has rendered while in control of determining the priorities within the domain that he controls.

His strength then is to PRETEND that he is advocating for their interests, never submitting himself to the inspection that bears this out.
No one has EVER WALKED IN HIS SHOES BEFORE, thus his actions cannot be rendered to normal scientific or psychiatric study.




Isn't this the same type of scenario that was present in the "Shawshank Redemption"?  The safest place to hide a weapon from the "Christian Warden" was inside of a hollowed out bible which he never opened.

What The Black Republican Diversity 
Officer Must Do To Counter The "Democrat Who Is Black"

Shortly I will post my analysis about the conflict taking place around the Charter Schools in New York City.  Despite the fact that many of these schools are the top performing public schools of all the schools in the Black and Hispanic communities in question - the "Educational Actor-vists" are seeking to derail them.  What is their claim to justify their actions?  

• That these schools are failing to educate Black and Hispanic students?   NO
• That these schools are underfunded and thus discrimination is taking place?  NO - these schools receive thousands of dollars LESS THAN do traditional public schools

The reason why the "Educational Actor-vists" stand against these Charter Schools is because they are RACIALLY SEGREGATED SCHOOLS!!!!!!  There are too many Black and Hispanic students lumped into the same school without the "benefit" of White students.  Thus school choice is a trick.

It is DIVERSITY FOR THE SAKE OF DIVERSITY that they seek.
The story about your Republican Party should not be "Why is it that the GOP is so repulsive to the average Black of voting age?  What are you all going to do to make more Black people feel welcomed?" as they would like to ask of you.

How does one compete with this?  

YOU DON"T.   You EXPOSE THEM!!!

Those who are masters at putting others on trial must themselves be made to stand and account for their actions.

You get rational people to consider the gross irony in which after years of struggling for claimed academic excellence these same operatives have shifted - finding someone else to stand against.

Again more on this later.

Instead the question that you must ask is: "Why, after years in which the Black Establishment has allowed the Democratic Part to operate with impunity within the 'secret spaces' of the Black Community are we still struggling over the basics in these places?  Despite those with their loyalties affixed to this machine having sold control over these key institutions  they suffer no consequences for the shortcomings suffered by our communities?  Instead we TRY HARDER to have them win more victories.  We figure 'as the Democratic party goes - so goes Black America.   There is mass fear in believing that THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE CASE.  That the Black interests indeed stand alone."

This same point must be applied in analyzing the disposition of the "Democrat Who Is Black" against the Conservatives and the Republican Party.  (Mind you: I DO NOT SEE REPUBLICAN MEMBERSHIP AS THE KEY TO SOLVE THE BLACK COMMUNITY'S PROBLEMS.  My goal is ultimately to force the operatives who have hijacked our interests to SUBMIT TO A FRAMEWORK OF TRANSPARENCY where their claims and antics are subjected to the scrutiny by which they are force to put these aside and instead focus on EFFECTIVE OUTCOMES or risk getting tossed out themselves.)

The Black Republican Diversity Council cannot allow the "Democrat Who Is Black" to set the terms of the debate by which they all are bound to.

You set the stage where YOU have to CHANGE YOUR PARTY to the point where IT NO LONGER OFFENDS HIM.  As such this is exactly what many "Republicans Who Are Black" have tried to do.  After receiving taunts with the texture of: "Are you going to allow YOUR PARTY to talk about Black people that way?  This is why Black folks don't support the Republicans" they dutifully attempt to register their opposition to these statements made by someone else.

The Black Republican takes the bate and dutifully goes on record condemning the Republican - who might even be the mail opener for the Republican office in Podunk Montana - who was caught e-mailing offensive pictures of Obama on her AOL account.  You are a fool if you think that you can ever satisfy them.

INSTEAD you as a CONSERVATIVE needs to take a step back and force the "Democrat Who Is Black" to define the rules of discourse by which EVERYONE will be bound to.  

Secondly you must force the "Democrat Who Is Black" to look BACK INSIDE OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY, where he has promoted those who now have power into the seats of power that they now hold.   You ask him WHICH IS MORE DAMNING TO THE BLACK COMMUNITY?:

• The words said by Tom Tancredo - which he said that certain voters for Obama where "Ignorant" and you heard him calling Black people out?
• The fact that the bulk of Majority Black Schools are now run by people who are favorable to their party and ideology, yet they are not held accountable for their results but instead the movement seeks to help them "try harder".

The Black Conservative cannot become a "Republican who is Black" - driving for the interests of his own party over his own permanent interests.

Ask him why he is offended by "Tancredo referencing the 'painful past' of voting rights violations" while they are silent as Black Hip Hip - Voice Of The Street Pirates sing rhymes in which they play the part of the Klansmen?   Ask them "how many Black people have been murdered by people who are 'down with Tom Tancredo' over the last ten years?

When you are forced to sell the advantages of your party which is not present within the Black community against the party that is AND you allow your opponent to BLAME the failings of the domain that they have control over on YOUR PARTY and IDEOLOGY - you have already lost.  He doesn't have to produce.  He merely has to 'INTEND TO PRODUCE'.  Those who stand in his way are damned more than is his policies. Despite the fact that there are an increasing number of places where his policies stand alone (and are now running the entire country) he will blame the residual opposition despite their minority status instead of "self-indicting" his own policies.
