20 minutes ago I just read a claim from a poster on the "Field-Negro" blog that Cuba took better care of its citizens impacted by 3 hurricanes better than capitalistic America did after Hurricane Katrina. That should provide an index to the folklore that is present with regard to Cuba. Of course the nation has no "Freedom Of Information Act" for any muckraking reporter to do a thorough evaluation of the claim makes it more difficult to prove.
There is hope yet. In another 20 years we may have this same group of "Social Justice" activists looking at the people who terrorize the Black community the most today and turn their megaphones where the evidence leads them.
