The Defanging Of A Spitting Cobra - Part II - The Trial Of Clarence Thomas vs The Dysfunction Within Our Schools

I have a frequent debate adversary who I call "Spitting Cobra".  He is the epitome of the strident "Psuedo-Pro-Black Power", Black Establishment protecting Negro that fits comfortably in my label - The "Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive-Fundamentalist Racism Chaser".

The latest "Clarence Thomas verdict" that got the Black Left calling Brother Justice Thomas the same names that Black men used to hear minutes before their lynching was the recent ruling on corporate political speech.  (I will write about this ruling later so I won't go on a side track right now.)

My friend Spitting Cobra fanned out to another ruling by Clarence Thomas in which they believed that he got it wrong.  No surprise that a contributor to "The Root.com" lead the attack against Clarence Thomas with the piece "In The Strip Search Case, Clarence Thomas Shows He's Off The Grid", penned by Joshua Griggs.

Griggs points to the words of Brother Justice Thomas with the notation that he longs for:

teachers [will] again be able to ‘govern the[ir] pupils, quicken the slothful, spur the indolent, restrain the impetuous, and control the stubborn,’ by making ‘rules giv[ing] commands and punish[ing] disobedience,’ without interference from judges.

Then Griggs adds:

One can almost see the physical menace in Thomas’ vision of education, where teachers govern, quicken, spur, restrain and control, but don’t seem to actually teach.

Once again we see the Psuedo-Intellectual Negro who purports to be struggling for the salvation and good governance of the Black community is more willing to lobby for this end on behalf of the Black community in some ivory tower that is downtown, at the state capital or in Washington DC.   It is Griggs and BQPRCs with the similar consciousness that are out of touch with the realities of what is going on in our inner city classrooms.

DISCIPLINE PROBLEMS confiscate more instructional time away from the Black students who are hungry for knowledge than we can point to:

• 30 Year Old Text Books that will trigger a massive fund raising effort on a syndicated radio program
• Rotten wooden window frames that Jonathan Kozol points to as the injustice that is present in NYC
• The threat that "School Choice" is actually a Trojan Horse that hearkens back to the days when White folks left public schools in the wake of integration, thus forming private and Catholic School

The primary indictment that I have against the BQPFRC activist is that HE reserves the right to "self-diagnose" and thus he chooses the priorities of the "offenses" that our people suffer in our quest to fulfill our Permanent Interest - "Quality Education".

It is sufficient in the minds of Griggs and "Spitting Cobra" that Brother Justice Thomas dares turn control over "strip searches" to the school authorities and the police as the PRIMARY THREAT TO THE EDUCATION OF BLACK PEOPLE.

In their role as "Pied Pipers" over the attention spans of the uninformed that follow their every word - they fail to make note that despite their VICTORIES in planting "favorable people" in all of the key management seats that operate these public schools - our interests of "quality education" has not budged sufficiently since when "the enemy" was amongst us.

How often do STRIP SEARCHES take place in our schools?

Compare this "threat" to the daily and persistent assault upon those who are our future professional service providers that attentively sit at the desks, awaiting the receipt of information from the instructor.  Looking forward to processing it into knowledge.  Later applying it as mastery of the key service requirements in our community.

The lack of discipline in these classrooms operate like a metal sheeting between the transmitter of information (the teacher) and the receiver of this information ( the student) across an electronic communications channel.  Their properties absorb these signals as potential knowledge falls to the floor.

ONCE AGAIN - THE BQPFRC Needs To Be PUT ON TRIAL!!!!!!

He can no longer be allowed to stand in the midst of all of our problems and merely CHERRY PICK those which are best suited to his own ideology.  What benefit did our community receive once he took over our schools?  It is clear that his quest to control the schools was more of a "power play" than a plan that was based upon a goal of actually benefited our community.  Upon taking control he merely went down the list of excuses akin to the "There's A Hole In The Bucket" song.   Sadly the Black rank and file is complicit in his romp through our institutions.  His victory into office was what appeased the masses.

Clarence Thomas deserves some award.  There is no figure that is involved in the "Self-Chumming" process that is abundant among the Black Left.  Only Michael Steele of the GOP comes close.

The legal machinations of Ruth Bader Ginsberg have done more to harm the CONSCIOUSNESS of Black people and retain our INFERIOR STATE which those who see us as "The Least Of These" for their own profit than the trail of what Brother Justice Clarence Thomas indicates.   It comes as no surprise to me that Ginsberg is one of the favorites of the Black left.

His every action is enough to trigger a response to the grievance-filled Black Left.
Clarence Thomas is the anti-thesis of the "Barack Obama Commemorative Plate".  Yet those who worship such portraits fail to see that the abundance of that which damages us escapes below their own radar.  The fault resides with those who TRAINED THEM on how to monitor the radar screen.
