As we put to death a famous serial killer who is Black this evening I hope that we can now retire the racial stereotypes about who is capable of doing such a brutal act and who is not - exclusively based upon their race.
This guy in Cleveland is a monster. Clearly he was not rehabilitated during his 15 years in prison. After being let out into the Black community he consumed several of the people within.
