Revamped health care system could swamp primary care physicians
They are focusing upon the massive increase of patients who are currently uninsured/underinstured as the driving force for the need for new doctors.
I am of the opinion that that the eventual insolvency of this centralized government makes it a necessary strategic move to increase the level of professional/technical knowledge at the periphery.
