Within The Black Community Blog: "The Documentary 'The Injustice System in America' = Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice"
I knew it!
I knew that I had seen that man before. No not his image. I am talking about his line of thinking.
As the like above attests to - I did a post on the documentary "The Injustice System In America". After watching this documentary on "Netflix" the line of thinking expressed by the operatives pushing their world view proved to be unstelling to me.
They attempted to flip the world over, arguing, in summary that the reason why there is a great amount of lawlessness and misery WITHIN the Black community is because the criminal justice system policies forment such conditions.
This world view comes from the notion that Black people are ultimately CONSUMERS. Our handlers must work to sculpt the world that we live in, keeping the predators who seek to stunt our growth away from us. If we take their perverted view literally - the removal of the oppressive forces of the police and court system - them the Black community would spring back to life.
WHAT IS THE GREEN MOVEMENT?
Clearly Van Jones is a left wing activist.
The Green Movement presents itself as a logical application of the Environmental Movement. Where as the Environmental Movement focuses upon forrests and water ways and macro-level Global Warming - the "Green Movement" is more personal. Personal reduction of energy usage. Retrofiting of your house and appliances within with a smaller carbon foot print in mind.
The Green Movement is a jobs program. The plan was to swoop into the ghetto and employ people who are in need of employment and a mission. They were to be the insulation installers, the florescent light installers. The new "community activists" if you will.
I don't believe that Van Jones' views on the "Criminal Justice System" is a disqualifier for him in the realm of the "Green Movement". Instead I believe that these ties show us all the linkage between all of these movements.
Just as there was a particular world view that went into the presentation of "The Criminal Injustice System" documentary, the same is the case with the Green Movement - as expressed by the Obama Administration.
LEARNING WHO THE MACHINE UPON WHICH BARACK OBAMA RESIDES UPON IS
A few weeks ago the passing of Senator Ted Kennedy allowed me to fortify my understanding of who "these people" are based on their affilation with the figure that I knew well - Ted Kennedy. In as much as I saw Ted Kennedy's line of thinking as being destructive to the Black Cultural Consciousness movement those who were comfortable with him are logically placed as opponents to this important construct as well. When I heard heavy use of the term "The Least Of These" or "The Voiceless" being lumped upon Black people by those who want to SPEAK FOR the "Voiceless" rather than providing "Singing Lessons" so that they can communicate for their ownselves the indictments were made in my mind.
Van Jones appears to be comfrotable with the preposterous world view that has been communicated in the documentary "The Injustice System In America".
Clearly the figures in the Obama Administration would be familiar with this element of his work and other recordings of his line of thinking. Mr Jones did not appear in the Obama Administration out of the blue. Their ocean of thoughts are in line with his and he swam in this element accordingly.
Some people attempt to make Jones' fall from the Obama Administration to be a matter of smearing by "Glen Beck" and "The Right Wing". The truth is that Glenn Beck simply allowed more people to hear the views of Van Jones and this was enough to cause him to step aside.
I encourage everyone to seek out the documentary "The Injustice System In America" and see how it sits with your own world view.
It rocked my world after I saw it. It did not cause me to change. It caused me to ask the question of how people with a "wag the dog" type of view of the world are allowed to have power.
In truth - it only serves as a further marginalization of the conditions in the Black community. Instead of having the members of our community step up and be accountable for the utlimate outcomes by first being responsible for their daily actions toward this end.
Van Jones' world view serves as a buffer to this level of consciousness ever being achieved WITHIN the Black community.
