The Civil Rights Operatives vs Cracker Barrel

This is an important update on the saga to gain justice (to their satisfaction) for the Black woman who was assaulted by the White man outside of the Cracker Barrel in Morrow Georgia.

Now the focus has changed.
The assault by the White man had shifted to the Clayton County District Attorney. The one time that the Black Actorvist seeks more jail time for someone to be held within the "Prison Industrial Complex" to generate profits for the schemers is when there is a White on Black "Hate Crime". With the DA agreeing to seek ways of increasing the charges to a felony and with the Federal government forces seeking to determine if any "Hate Crime" statues where violated - this iron is in the fire, now it is time to expand.

Cracker Barrel

Today the "Cracker Barrel" restaurant occupies the place that "Denny's" and to some extent "Waffle House" once resided. They were seen as symbols of "White culture". Most certainly the name "Cracker Barrel" lends itself to easy mockery.

The view is that this restaurant is a place where White folks go to dine and regardless of if it is said or not - Black folks are not welcomed.

The Civil Rights Actorvists who are assembled believe that they have hit pay dirt. Now they are directing their anger at the restaurant chain.

We would like to know what the Cracker Barrel chain is going to do to insure the safety of the dining public? - Said a reverend on the scene a few days ago.

Now lets see - A Black female worker was shot in the head and killed at the Krystal on Old National Highway. The "Mrs Winners" restaurant was held up via gun on Main Street in College Park. There were other shootings and assaults at various restaurants in Metro Atlanta that I can think of. Why is it that we never heard the Soul Patrol come on the scene and ask the same question?

Let me be clear - I AM NOT ASKING THEM TO SHUT UP!!!
They should be enforcing justice and the honor of our community.

I ONLY want them to stop being so selective on their enforcement of the violations that occur in our community.

Our people will continue to be assaulted in their selectiveness.

INCARCERATING PEOPLE "FOR PROFIT" IS IN A WORD....WRONG!
Even if one does not ask or pretends not to see the rope and the flashing red flag draped around the philosophical question standing solemnly at attention in the middle of the room, it remains apparent that the mere presence of a private “for profit” driven prison business in our country undermines the U.S Constitution and subsequently the credibility of the American criminal justice system. In fact, until all private prisons in America have been abolished and outlawed, “the promise” of fairness and justice at every level of this country’s judicial system will remain unattainable. We must restore the principles and the vacant promise of our judicial system. Our government cannot continue to "job-out" its obligation and neglect its duty to the individuals confined in the correctional and rehabilitation facilities throughout this nation, nor can it ignore the will of the people that it was designed to serve and protect. There is urgent need for the good people of this country to emerge from the shadows of indifference, apathy, cynicism, fear, and those other dark places that we migrate to when we are overwhelmed by frustration and the loss of hope.
My hope is that you will support the National Public Service Council to Abolish Private Prisons (NPSCTAPP) with a show of solidarity by signing "The Single Voice Petition"
