Atlanta Red Dog Police Unit Receives More Resources

Please document this as "Step #2" to the eventual "Police vs Civil Rights Actor-vist" Battle that I told you will be present in about 18 months.

Recall that over the past 2 months we have see the SCLC and other elements of the Atlanta Civil Rights Actor-vist community make public pronouncements against the high rate of piracy on the streets during this Blood Summer. They were forced to do so because of the abundance of murder, smash and grab robberies and the stickups that have been taking place. Whereas the defacto stance for these organizations is to "fight the power" - the Pirates have forced them into this uncomfortable position.

The civil rights establishment was forced to DEMAND that the Police "DO SOMETHING!!!!!".

The forces that will be the prime operators in the eventual conflict are now in place.

• The Police
• The Civil Rights Establishment
• The Black Democratic Political Establishment That Runs Atlanta
• The Pirates
• The Individuals In The Communities (Black and White) which are being terrorized

If I did not see this same script played out so many times before I would not be reporting upon it.

In 18 months (my prediction) there is going to be some incident which serves as the "straw that broke the camel's back". The community will have been complaining about "aggressive police tactics" to no avail (except to State Senator Fort and other rebel rousers ) will finally have a "Police on Pirate" shooting that causes the pendulum shift.

Let's look at the irony. Despite this "Bloody Summer" in Atlanta it took the heinous murder of Boxing champion Vernon Forrest for the Civil Rights Establishment to yield and hand over the streets to the police forces.

There will be another incident in the future which force the Civil Rights Establishment TO TAKE THE STREETS BACK.

LACK OF MANAGEMENT

What you see, people, is the lack of broadbased community management. Instead you have the "strong men" in the community - the activists and the "elected activists" wielding POWER over the "weak and ignorant" masses. This is how they like it. They prefer to be the funnel by which the community power gets filtered through which allows them to receive the accouterments of power. This enables them to fight corporations, the police and city hall (this despite having city hall filled with THEIR TEAM, but that's another story).

The young Black males who are the source of much of the violence on the street are products of "societal neglect". The GOVERNMENT failed to provide community centers, summer jobs programs and other interdiction resources that would have changed their course.

You will never hear these same people talk about the cultural enforcements that are present (or absent) within these communities. Typically the only "strong Black men" are the preachers or the politicians. As you saw in the "Sistas Taking Back Their Community" video clip - the run of the mill Black man who is fighting to retain his community is scarce.

What we are seeing are the results of decades of outsourced responsibility. The Black community has focused so much on building up political power based via VOTING that so much of the key architectural elements back at home on the streets were left neglected. When a group convinces you that your problems reside due to the actions of forces that reside outside of your community - what else can one expect to happen but this "spirit of outsourcing"?


Mark my words - in 18 months - the Community Activists are going to be "RIGHT AGAIN". They will be attacking the same police who they brought into the community to address the piracy problems.

I just wonder WHEN the Black community will get wise to the pattern? The Pirates & the Police are sometimes up, the Pirates and the Police are some times down. The force that remains CONSTANT - is the Community Actor-vists. They ALWAYS SEEM TO BE RIGHT - as they have the microphone, trained upon the community.

It is time to put THEM on trial. This is where the problem resides.
