COPS - 2 Attacks - One By A Police Dog Another By A Pirate - What Would The NAACP & ACLU Do?

This is an interesting video.
Upon seeing the police dog being set upon this young Black male, many would be riled up demanding that the police provide an explanation for their actions. No doubt some of you would see this as a replay of the 1960's era "police dogs and fire hoses" set upon Black people.
Oh but things did change by the end of the video. Didn't it?
You saw that this Pirate who you had sympathy for against the POLICE action himself had no damned respect for these two elderly Black people who he beat the hell out of when he robbed them.
In our world of "black and white" these are the complicated issues that exist. The extremists who assess these situations are prone to be resistant to yielding their position on their moral high ground. In their "Justice Thurgood Marshall Justice" they are likely to be loud against the police action with the dog biting the pirate making the case "THEY can't be having those police dogs biting Black people".
When it comes to the Pirate Assault upon these two elderly Black people their voices are neutralized. Whereas the police are held to some "rules of engagement" - the pirate plays by no rules. The pirate kicked the old Black man repeatedly and physically assaulted the Black woman as well.
We have heard that "police reports are always suspect" as those who are smitten with "J.T.M.J." seek to diminish the evidence that flows against their stance. I wonder if they are inclined to discard the words of this Black woman who recounted all the shameful details of the Pirate Attack?
The real problem is that we have so much dysfunction in our culture that we outsource too much of the need for control to the police. The best method to stop "police abuse" or "judicial misconduct" which is claimed further down in the process is to have fewer suspects engaging these authorities in the first place.

Good dog! Notice how it allowed a second officer to get involved and how it did not continue to attack the creep. (Must have been really hard for him to understand that if he raised his hands, it would have backed off.)
I was hoping that you'd focus more on the PIRATE and what he did to attack this dignified elderly Black couple. The original act is important.
(I don't care about the damned police dog - to be honest with you)
