Racism Chasing = Racial Whack A Mole

Question - In The Game of "Whack A Mole" who has CONTROL over the player's priorities and focus?

A) The Player

B) The Moles


It is clear that in the game of "Whack A Mole" the player is a FUNCTION of the choices made by the moles to stand up and show their heads.

I am more focused on the PLAYERS. The reason this is is because it is the PLAYER who is doing these actions of "Mole Chasing" in the context of his overall political objectives - to STOP THE MOLES FROM SPRINGING UP and if they do HIT THEM UP SIDE THE HEAD SO THEY WON'T DO IT AGAIN.

Whereas logical men can agree to disagree on the importance of protecting one's own dignity by firing back at the mole for popping out of his hole and saying words that are offensive to the receiver - I think that it is quite rational for both men to agree that once the MOLE CHASING begins to crowd out the time and consciousness that the Player has in addressing far more impactful and damning issues that those he purports to represent - then this player is the one who is being PLAYED.

THE NEED FOR A FRAMEWORK OF PRIORITIZATION

I am not sure how many of you have followed my work for an extended period of time. I operate off of several key themes that are incessantly repeated. I do agree that maybe at times my central message is hidden in the large volumes of words that I use to support my claims - and to preemptively fend off the haters. (I do admit to playing in my mind what the haters are likely to say and making sure that my arguments address them).

In the real world I function as a management consultant. In my mind there is little difference between the "time and motion" of a for-profit corporation and the antics of a less formal group that purports to be operating toward a certain end. In the end - THEY BOTH ARE A COLLECTION OF HUMANS. Thus they exhibit the same tendencies found in human behavior.

I have also stated many times that it is the Black Community that LOSES when there is no structure to or TRANSPARENT management of what is typically called the "Black Agenda". In fact those who are embedded incumbents and who stand to suffer displacement if there was a more methodical attempt to manage them and their effective results have a vested interest in maintaining the power of the diversionary moles upon the people's consciousness.

ONE IGNORANT WHITE MAN HAS THE POWER TO CO-OPT THE PROGRAMMING LINE UP

As it stands today where there is no structure as to what can be inserted into the 'priority list' and the operatives who benefit from this as such - these conditions afford the opportunity for a White man who today has never even been heard of before by the Black populace to be promoted as the main topic of discussion on every Black themed blog site, newspaper and radio program. I struggle to understand the power that this person's pigmentation has over Black people. (Maybe Michael Jackson was on to something?)


With the imposition of structure a better set of responses can be fielded, thereby maximizing the effective use of the resources that are ready to deal with this threat that the mole elicits to the cause.

What comes to my mind in response to the latest mole that pops up and begins to gnaw at the collective pant leg of Black America is as follows:

1. Were any Black people - killed, physically assaulted or raped as a result of this mole's actions?
2. What is the scope of this mole's assault? Is it local in nature and thus additional context is needed to obtain a full understanding of the events or in the worse case is there an "international incident brewing"?
3. What is the scope of the response that is needed - can the "Local Mole Fighters" mount a campaign to stand up to the "Mole Attack" or is there a need to "Get On The Bus" and have "Mole Fighters" pile into town to show their support and resolve that "We Will Not Stand For Mole Attacks!!"
4. Finally I am forced to ask - WHO stands to benefit from the heightened RESPONSE TO this latest mole attack and what is their ultimate agenda in shining the light on this mole who a few years ago would have been ignored but for the advent of electronic media and the digital coalitions that it is able to assemble in at a rapid pace.

The key question that is really asked, it seems, is all too important:

As your soldiers depart their guard positions within the community that they are charged to protect as they run off and fight external wars - what VULNERABILITIES are left open to exploit within the crown jewel that is the said to be protected by those who are usually on watch?

If there is no prioritization given between the choice to guard (manage) that which resides inside of the fortress versus the monitoring of and constant reaction to that which is outside........the propensity to fight the outside fight will nearly always win.


As an observer and critic of the Black Establishment and their ultimately desire to maintain the Democratic Party franchise it comes as no surprise to me that the latest words said by some bigoted Republican in New Jersey who is made a comment about "acting like a Nigger" is a bigger threat to the Black community both there and nationally than the little Black girl who was shot dead in the city of Trenton at a community rally. It seems that a Democratic candidate who wanted to be inclusive - invited several gang members to participate in a community day event. Sadly the rival gang also showed up. When they fired into the crowd to kill their enemy - they killed a little Black girl who's only crime was that she was a member of a community's guardians had long ago left their posts that had them facing WITHIN the community but instead were asked to turn around and focus on the external threats.

Who are you infact in service to with your agenda?
