Debate Tactics Of The BQPFRC Exposed: They Profile As Well
If you listen to the outrage expressed by many Black Quasi-Socialist Progressive-Fundamentalist Racism Chaser you will surely detect that they are outraged that some authority figure would dare bring their preexisting "profile" of Black people into the jury box as they make inferences from these thoughts as applied to the "Negro that is in front of them", on trial.
Instead they argue that we are all unique individuals. Though we all come from the same gateway of oppression and thus qualify for a 'Class Action Lawsuit' against the United States (Reparations) we have none the less walked our own life's journey and thus should be judged based on our own merit. (Well, unless we submit an application for admission to an elite Ivy League school. Thus, a profile should be applied, yet again).
We only need to allow life's events to play out to have their theories and standards tested as a means of evaluating just how much they are opposed to PRE-JUDGE-DICE.
Over the last few days we have been treated to the "Well why didn't the White woman who was screaming at the police get arrested?" stories. With this as their argument they too are making a profile. They are making an inference that, due to their SKIN COLOR, all White folks can mouth off at the police and avoid arrest. As soon as a Black person opens his mouth to do the same - handcuffs come out as a means of shutting them up. Power relationships in effect.
This is not actually a profile of White people. This is a profile of THE POLICE and their behavior.
BLACKS VS THE POLICE
I have a label titled "Blacks Vs The Police". It is used to mark the instances in which tensions are noted between these two groups. This is a circular tension. As crime within the Black community escalates the community yells out "Do Something!!" to their elected leadership. This leadership, now that they are in power, have dispensed their rhetoric used during their ascension into office. No longer do they talk about "around the block" solutions of investing in the child so that he does not become a pirate. They have an executive task at hand and thus they will likely redeploy law enforcement resources into the area with the most red push pins on the map.
This heightened police presence no doubt makes more of the citizens into suspects. The insertion of more government regulators means that infractions that passed unchecked before the number of watchful eyes came to bear now triggered a confrontation with the police. Upon seeing "more of THEM" arrested than ever before, the same people who asked that something be done ask against that something be UN-done.
No I have not departed from my original point about debate tactics of the BQPFRC. I needed to give a proper contextual backdrop to continue my point. Yes it is true that there is police profiling based on the combination of RACE-AGE-DRESS-COMMUNICATION-LOCATION. When I say "communication" I mean verbal and non-verbal. If the initial interaction with a cop is one of confrontation it is likely that the exchange is going to go down hill from there. Now I am honest enough to also admit that if the cop comes upon you and then throws you to the ground in one continuous action - this is not the means by which a friendly conversation and then an invitation to go grab a beer together once his shift is over will likely conclude in.
But there is that circular reference again - It is irrational to believe that in 2009, the police are going to go after all Blacks, throwing to the ground in such a manner in order to establish control without also looking at the cases when affording respect in such a situation resulted in a dead cop.
The BQPFRC always takes the position of the "Moral High Ground" where he spouts his indignation about such harsh police tactics. When the pirate executes an ambush upon an officer during an otherwise legal stop of his automobile - they are made to remain silent. In their guilt they simply wait until the next incident of police infraction comes to bear and thus they can push the hot potato back upon the other side. We thus must understand the pathology behind this rather than that which is expressed in the news.
The Black Establishment is in a constant war. They are fighting old ghosts that haunt our community yet, in many cases, they are incompetent in battling the termites that are destroying the super-structure from within. They are in a fight against the oppressive establishment. Keep in mind that even when the MAYOR IS BLACK and has appointed a police chief of her own choosing and the City Council is made up of all Democrats who are favorable to them this does not substantially change the dynamics of their battle. Last weekend's march against "Piracy" held by the Southern Christan Leadership Council showed this gross irony. They were stuck in the same modality of a MARCH to handle a problem that is internal to their own. The SCLC during founding days of MLK Jr marched against external threats AND the political establishment which was allowing them to attack. Today the SCLC marches against pirates that were produced from the system that their favored people govern - both in the houses that they came from and the government which they now control.
Thus (back to the debate tactics argument) when they argue about the police and their oppression of Black people what they really need to do is to inspect the need for a serious "process realignment" in the Social Justice Movement.
Despite the fact that most of the players active in this long running conflict were born in the 1960's and beyond, the arguments that we all use are framed from Jim Crow era forces. The police, especially those who are African-American, aren't crafted in the mold of Sheriff Bull Conner. Instead they are dealing with a situation that is out of control and their jobs are to retain order and enforce the law. In as much as your actions violate the order or the law the pressure upon you will be heightened.
THE REVOLUTIONARY SPIRIT
As I type this I am made to think about "The Blackest Man On The Internet" - my man Denmark Vesey and his blog. He has a running attack upon "conformity". The "Plantation Negro" has given up his fight and is bowing to the establishment.
Thus the de facto orientation for the Black Man need be one of "RESISTANCE" and "STRUGGLE". Again I say when you are living in a period of time where "A Black Man Has No Rights That A White Man Need Respect" this is a healthy disposition to hold lest you be trampled upon.
When YOU are "DA MAN" then the disposition of "Permanent Struggle Against EXTERNAL FORCES" no longer fits the bill. In fact it puts you on a pathway where many of the critical INTERNAL issues that plague you go unmanaged because you are focusing your efforts outside of the fort that you have captured and now administrate.
I will say it again "Those who expect to consume the benefit of their completed struggle should also expect to carry the heaviest burden in the travels to get to the completion point". In fact this carrying of the load is an integral part of their transformation. With a "bill of lading" of an assortment of items but limited transportation resources - one is forced to prune some of these items, leaving them behind. Those who take a trip upon the desert and have the equal weight of water and gold will soon find that the water if far more valuable to them. They may even come to a point where they discard the heavy gold into the desert sands because carrying it consumes their precious energy and may lead to their eventual death as they cleave to it.
As a community we have received POLITICAL SUCCESS. Where we live in our highest concentrations the people of our own choosing run the schools, the police, the zoning laws. This truth has yet been applied to the "social justice" consciousness of our people. Instead of turning WITHIN and thus MANAGING the affairs within these areas that are now dominated by people of our own choosing, the Black Establishment has chosen to use this as a beach front to continue their EXPANDED ASSAULT - up to the NEXT PLATEAU.
It is the Black Community who has failed to make note of their expansionary efforts (they largely are in support of seeing "More Black Faces In High Places" as proof of our racial advancement). In truth by going along with the Black Establishment rather than expecting them to use their present control over or key institutions - to produce the results that are demanded - the Black Community as a whole are complicit actors in this long running misery.
Those are Black "Pirates" that are assaulting our people today. They came from homes who's policies are far less prone to be attacked than are the White Republicans who "judge" and fall short of their principles. All the while the operatives in the Black Press have made sure that these White Republicans receive front page positioning of their fall from grace - large expanses of OUR OWN COMMUNITIES which have had their STANDARDS REMOVED A LONG TIME AGO don't have to wake up early for inspection.
In closing all of this whirlwind of derision is being done in the context of a force of people who don't know how to MANAGE THEIR OWN RESOURCES toward a DIRECTED OUTCOME. They only know how to queue up an external force for the slaughter - as IT is held up to a particular standard and then judged as the source of their present aggrieved state.
What force will stop this hamster wheel?
Only time will tell.

Every country deals with race differently. The two biggest mistakes in American history once one gets beyond slavery: (1) forced integration by court rulings - you can’t force people to want to associate with, get along with, or respect you; and (2) affirmative action - no matter how one looks at it, it smacks of unfairness and does not make people respect you.
What we have today are simply the long-term ramifications of bad racial policies. What is perhaps more fascinating is that many think that 50 years of legal integration has somehow negated or counterbalanced the treatment afforded blacks prior thereto.
As for the Harvard Professor incident....
I believe integration has helped people move away from some of the bigoted attitudes of the generation before them. Affirmative action also had it's place in bringing about equity in the work place, but now it's being used in an unfair way against others, so there's a balance that's needed.
