NAACP Should Make Note Of Increased Use Of Technology In The Criminal Justice System


PIRACY CAUSES 3 DEATHS IN ONE DAY


The NAACP should make note of THIS use of video technology as presented in the news clip below.

The court system in Cobb County GA makes use of teleconferencing in the arraignment hearing before the judge. The Pirate is able to remain in the jail house while having his case heard before the judge.

I fully expect the NAACP to team with the ACLU at some point to claim that a convicted man had his constitutional rights violated because this video conferencing violates "Habeas Corpus" since the person's body was not physically present in the courtroom before the judge. (I am serious folks)
