This message is to any readers of this blog who are White and who at times don't understand Black folks and what we do.
First of all let me say - We are not "injured" as a people from Slavery nor are we "inferior". In fact we are a strong people who are in the midst of a brewing struggle for control of our culture, our consciousness and our priorities as a people. We are suffering from "misalignment that is projected into the present time" not residue that stems from the past.
Also understand that the "Black Establishment" is not the same as "The Black Race" or "The Black Community". It is an overlay force who seeks to keep conscious control over our people. They make heavy use of these old images as a means of building "Racist Scare Crows" that serve the function of keeping our community "unified" in the way that they seek to make use of for their own interests.
My battle is not with "Black people" it is only with "the Black Establishment" as I seek to hold them accountable for their performance and direction.
What Is Going On?
I am sure that the recent death of Michael Jackson proved to be very confusing to some of you. You saw the pictures of a Black man with Negroid features when he was young. At the end of his life you saw a man who had metamorphosed into something that looked nothing like his original self. You saw a stage full of Black men surrounding a "little White girl" who missed her daddy. They were not her "servants". In theory they were her UNCLES. Yet you must have noticed that few Black people are making mention of this publiclly. We are living in strange days indeed.
I am sure that some of you went back to your CD collection that you compiled while in college and pulled out your dusty "Public Enemy" album and replayed the lyrics to "Fear Of A Black Planet". When you listened to Public Enemy over time you got the impression that many Black people are both angry and RESOLUTE in their demands. You simply don't realize how malleable and conditional these views are. They are largely fronts to impress upon you:

Indeed something strange is going on here. Yes you have seen "albinism" where a Black seed produces a progeny that does not have melanin in their skin. But you see that this is not what is going on with Michael Jackson's kids.
THE INDICTMENT OF THE BLACK ESTABLISHMENT
White folks - one thing that you must understand about Black people is the level of cajoling that goes on internally. The worst insult that one Black person can levy upon another Black is that they are "racially disloyal". That they are cavorting with the enemy.
- Defending the "White Man's Position" rather than the "Black Position" - ie Affirmative Action
- "Talking like a White boy" rather than having the cadence and voice inflection like a Black person is supposed to have.
- Listening to "White Music" instead of the genres of music (and dance styles) that Blacks are expected to.
- MARRYING A WHITE PERSON. This is a conditional point of condemnation. Indeed Black women tend to get a bit salty when the "good catches" who make it choose to seek out a White woman. This is not a universal indictment because there are many Blacks who are engaged in interracial marriages who have retained their own identity. Most certainly there are children who are products of interracial marriages who have "done us proud". The current President of the United States is a perfect example of this.
The power of racial cajoling is nothing unfamiliar to you all. The use of the word "Nigger Lover" among Whites during the Civil Rights Movement is a synonymous group enforcement agent. Any White person daring to show an ounce of justice for Black people were called such a word. They were asked "Do you want some of what I am going to dish out to the Niggers, since you love them so much?". Such a threat was typically enough to have this otherwise conscious White person to tuck tail and be quiet despite their concerns about what was going on.
Today in Black America this same force is present. Whereas you may have seen "Stop Snitching" being used as a cajoling force to keep people from going to the police, indeed there is also a racial layer of this same force keeping some of us from speaking out against the prevailing political establishment within Black America. Some people don't have the stomach that I have to take these assaults. Once they realize that "it is not about them", that this is but the violent lashings of a beast who feels he is cornered, then they'll take it all in stride, knowing that such attacks come with the territory.

Michael Jackson does not fit comfortably into any of these categories though.
Mr Jackson - went further across the line than most. He stripped all of the MELANIN OUT OF HIS SKIN. He had a series of plastic surgeries to remove the Negroid features from his body.
He had a choice of many women to serve as his reproductive partners to carry on his genetic legacy. He chose a White woman who was his dermatologist's nurse. Her main qualification was not her nursing degree. Indeed it was her lack of pigmentation which also carried over to her reproductive egg cells.
Where as "acting white", "thinking white", "dancing white" are all grounds for ridicule and possible expulsion from the racial group - Michael Jackson suffered none of this, regardless of his exploits.
Regardless of what Michael Jackson did to "exit the race" - those who are the "Guardians Of Blackness" told him "We love you and there is nothing that you can do about it."
Do not get me wrong. I'll take Michael Jackson as a Black man over the various "Killer Thugs" that we have terrorizing our community, killing Black people with reckless abandon.
This is not the point.
The point is that there is an active agent who serve as the "Guardians of Blackness". They dole out Blackness to those who are not Black, confiscate Blackness to those who have offended their own subjective sensibilities, and they allow certain people to retain their Blackness for no other reason than they see a net benefit received from keeping the door open for this person's return. The "Prodigal Son" if you will.
This is not a showcase of their tolerance and forgiveness. This is a display of their subjectivity, selectivity and inconsistency.
The question that must be posed to the "Protectors Of Blackness" is not the typical "What must a person that you dislike do to be allowed back into the fold". This is an easy answer - "Do what THEY want him to do.
Instead the real measure of the veracity of their own system of judgment will be found if someone can determine: "What must someone who they favor do to be EXPELLED FROM the group and treated like an outcast?"
When they become clear on this second, more insightful question, many issues within our community will be resolved. We will be "made whole" as a people.

Where are you even coming up with these stereotypes of White people? What makes you think that you have any idea what so ever as to what we are thinking when we becomes friends with a black person? Or when we fall in love, if someone says even one threat to us about it, we will run? You have no idea. We are strong. We are human. You are strong, you are human. Do you see the simularities? If Michael Jackson wasn't famous and rich, the black establishment would have no use for him. What discredits the cry of "unfair treatment" coming from the beast is the way they attack those who are different from them.

I am not sure what crawled up your butt but you have it all wrong. I did not try to assume knowledge of all White people. The content of this post was a narrative of the actions of the Black Establishment regarding their treatment of MJ despite the "offensive things" that he did which would have gotten 99% of all other Black people attacked by this same crowd.
I don't purport to have any particular knowledge about White people's way of thinking. I only have a library of knowledge of how BIGOTED WHITE LIBERALS seek to "care and feed" Black people, the portion of which like to lower their heads and accept handouts in exchange for doing what these Whites want them to do.
I like Dr. Marc Lamont Hill, he's a great debater.
I also see a clear distinction between racial empowerment and racism.
The problem I have with most black 'civil rights' activist leaders, is that they speak in generalizations, contrasting their perspective of black peoples position against their perspective of white peoples position in an inaccuractely simplified manner. They do this as though it's a matter of fact, when of course, their perspective is not the perspective of millions of black people, simply because they are black. Nor does their 'white person' perspective reflect the perspectives of millions of white people.
The author stated, 'the Black Establishment... is an overlay force who seeks to keep conscious control over our people'.. I believe this to be true and accurate. I would also point out that a group that attempts to unify people based on race while sharply contrasting differences (which is separatism) for purpose of controlling their unified race is THE form of racism. I believe the African American community has allowed the Black Establishment to destroy black values and deform the meaning of black empowerment.
I would also like to take this article one step further. The Black Establishment, and civil rights leaders of today, dishonor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., his dream, and his legacy.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. advocated unification of Americans, and reform of the separatist legislation and mentality. In this regard he has been regarded as a Black Civil Rights leader, but his goal was not to elevate the black community, it was to remove the barriers that oppressed the black community from elevating, as well as all creeds and colors for that matter. Having been a registered Republican, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was a conservative. He would not have supported legislation that promoted a class system as it was against his ideology and directly against what he advocated until his death, i.e. a class system is a form of separation. Many of the legislation that has been passed in his name has contained such special class interests.
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.'s name has been an instrument to further the racist, and race controlling, agenda of the Black Establishment.

As for Michael.. I do not agree with the Author. I mean who really cares what people "say" Michael did or did not do. He was an amazing humanitarian he used his fame to give back!! I am a black woman and sure he did change his face and his skin tone did change (I do beleive that it was vitiligo) but anytime you asked him about it he said I am very proud to be a black man and I love that I was born of such an amazing community. To me that what matters. What comes out of ones mouth! Not everyone will look the same in life and some are not as confined to race when it comes to choices. So forget about what tabloids report. Stick to the facts!
