Lady - Please Don't Use My Race When You Display Your Ignorance On Camera

Clearly the cops locked up your boys in order to go after the older boys to get them to snitch about the killer. I am sure that the MOTHER of the now dead teenager is appreciative of the police's actions. (The ACLU - maybe not). As a community we simply need to figure out WHICH of these actions are more egregious and keep an eye out on the results.

Angry Mother: "You (the cops) have messed up your communication with the Black community that they won't talk to you"

This is begging for analysis.
This lady makes the assumption that it is THE COPS who are being hurt as "stop snitching" rules in many Black communities. This is far from the truth. "Stop Snitching" is the best thing that has ever happened to the BLACK CRIMINAL. He is able to operate with the same functional impunity that his White Terrorist racists of the past used to operate with.

In both cases they told members of the Black community about the consequences of going to the authorities.

For an "educated Black woman" this mother surely doesn't "get it".

The sad fact is if there is any "civil rights" action taken in this episode it will be against the detainment of these two 14 year olds by the cops. Those who conspire to enforce the "Stop Snitching" code might be allowed on stage to campaign on behalf of the new political regime that will reform the police department some day.

The Black Establishment is not about to see that "Stop Snitching" is:

• Is Witness Tampering
• Is Suppression of Justice
• Is A Civil Rights Violation
• Is An Open Invitation To Empower Killers To Do It Again
  

Side Note: I have to pay special recognition to the Black news anchors of Atlanta in particular. On a daily basis they have to sit by and dispassionately report as the array of Black folks that have been killed during this "Bloody Summer". They do all of this without editorializing.

Sadly all who view these broadcasts CAN SEE WHAT IS GOING ON.

They also see how weak and irrelevant the "Civil Rights Community" and the favorable elected officials are in preventing this mayhem that is on the streets. None of them will suffer any consequences from this.
